Dr. Bulmanski and his team is so great! If I ever need a tooth pulled again or know someone who does I am highly recommending them! They took such great care of me and I was so nervous because being put to sleep is just a little nerve wrecking. They were super kind and coached me through it, which helped me to relax. The nurse and anesthesiologist were super funny! They even gave me a blanket because I was cold lol. I am Day 1 post extraction and I barely had any pain yesterday and none this morning (knock on wood). Little swelling which is normal. They were just super great and professional!! 10/10 I recommend!

I just want to brag on how amazing Dr. Bulmanski and his team was today. From start to finish with my girl Kamayia (4 wisdoms removed). This momma was so nervous but she was in great hands. This definitely takes away a little bit of my nervousness for when I have my extraction next month. Thank you guys for being so welcoming, generous, caring, and taking care of my girl . 馃挄 - Shamika

Zachary Bulmanski D.D.S. and staff are a great access to Arkansas. They make you feel comfortable during your visit.
I have already told a few people if you need a dental implant to use Zachary Bulmanski D.D.S.

Dr Bulmanski and every single staff member i came into contact with were amazing!! I was nervous about the procedure, they were so helpful and confident. This was such a positive experience. I am so appreciative for all of their help and concern for me any my needs. He came in and saw me before the procedure and spoke with my husband afterwards and explained everything so well. His nurses also went over aftercare with my husband. Would 100% recommend Dr Bulmanski and his staff.

They extort people for missing appointments. I had Anastasia done for a surgery last month paid by my insurance and the scheduling lady tried to tell me since I'm 21 now I have to pay for my Anastasia out of pocket but I was 21 a month ago and didn't? I should be hearing that from the insurance not the scheduling lady.

About H.f. Burnett, DDS & Zachary T. Bulmanski, DDS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
H.F. Burnett, DDS and Zachary T. Bulmanski, DDS provide oral and maxillofacial surgery care from their office at 10310 West Markham Street, Suite 300 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The practice focuses on dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, and oral pathology, and its stated mission is to help patients live healthier lives in a compassionate, nurturing environment where patient comfort and health come first. For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains the full process up front, from the surgical placement of small titanium posts in the jawbone through the healing period and the attachment of the posts that anchor the final replacement teeth.
Implant treatment here typically involves two surgical visits. The implants are first placed in the jawbone and allowed to bond with the bone over roughly three to six months, during which most patients can wear temporary dentures and eat a soft diet. Dr. Burnett or Dr. Bulmanski then uncovers the implants and attaches the connecting posts, with the entire process usually taking six to eight months. Patients can reach the office at 501-225-1766 to discuss whether implants are a good fit for replacing missing teeth and preserving jawbone and facial structure.
