I chipped my front tooth when I went home for lunch today. It鈥檚 now 5 o鈥檆lock and I am on the way home with my tooth fully repaired! The dentist did an excellent job and I was so happy to find someone on island who could see me on such short notice! So grateful for this Office, their staff and their dentist! 馃Ψ

Always a great experience here! I have been coming here off and on for 11 years, and I鈥檝e always had a great cleaning, very nice doctors, and attentive staff. If you ever have an emergency, they will do their best to take care of your dental needs. There is always a little bit of a wait, but they are worth it! They are very good about explaining things, and they won鈥檛 try to upsell you or make you pay for something you鈥檙e not prepared to. They let you know right off the bat how much your costs will be, plus they can look for alternatives that could better suit your needs. A+!

Front desk is nice, anything else is a major hassle. Every filling they have done has fallen out, every one! Poor xrays that have to be redone at my expense. Billing that is wrong. Months to get into an appointment and when you do, they tell you it will cost much more than originally told. If you want to go chat with the front desk folks and avoid getting work done, you might have a winning plan

I am just so grateful and appreciative to all the Dentist and staff who are with HICHC. They are so very caring, polite and sensitive to needs. I want to Thank Dr. Yamashita and Dr. Yu for your care in my new tooth implant. Mahalo a me ka Mahalo Mau!

Big mahalo to everyone that works here. The front desk always has caring, patient and efficient people working diligently to help however they can. Honestly the sweetest. Highly recommend Dr.White and Dr.Moates. Dr.White鈥檚 dental work is so excellent. He really cares and doesn鈥檛 miss a detail I swear. I really am feeling so much better as we work thru a treatment plan. He also has amazing personality making you feel informed and comfortable about what鈥檚 going on and what鈥檚 next. Dr.Moates is so intelligent and kind. She cares about the community and really listens to peoples concerns. Love her! And last but not least every assistant there I鈥檝e come into contact with has been fabulous and genuine. I know everyone at the clinic is working hard for big island. We are so lucky to have them!
