Front desk to dental chair was an amazing experience. Miss Sarah at the desk made sure all of the paperwork was in order and answered every question I had and even went a step further to help me figure out my next treatment. Nurses/Dental Assistants Mikayla and Lexi were simply the best. The made sure I was comfortable and that the anesthetic was working. Having an extensive procedure, they made absolutely sure I would be in zero pain and discomfort. Plus they kept the mood light which was comforting. Just wonderful all around. And finally Dr Marshall. I can’t say enough about how well he did for me. Explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and gave me a great treatment/After care plan. I trust the Higginbotham staff for all of my dental needs and will be a returning patient. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Excellent experience here at Higginbotham. Very friendly staff and extremely clean facilities. Always greeted with a smile. Very short wait time and the process was quick and painless.

I had implant surgery and Dr. HIgginbotham worked together with the surgeon to make all the decisions before and after and I have had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE POST SURGERY! I am feeling completely recovered just a month and half after the surgery with my appetite skyrocketing and sleeping well and all my pain is completely gone. My pain was over with about 2 weeks after the surgery and the worst part is the first 12 hours after the procedure. The gave me honest, accurate information before and after my procedure and I have consistently maintained my health for 3 to 4 months now even with type 2 diabetes. I have not been sick for 3 months. My energy levels are back to normal too and my body is healing faster in areas not related to the surgery. My primary care doctor, my oral surgeon, and Dr Higginbotham are all impressed with my health now at 48 years of age!! OUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ARE SAVING PEOPLES LIVES EVERYDAY SO DO LISTEN TO THEM FOLKS! Oral Implant surgery is expensive and there will be some trauma and it will absolutely take an extended period of time maybe 6 months or more to get through it all in the end and it IS VERY EXPENSIVE, but your health is worth it!!! Our doctors here in Northeast Arkansas are as good as anywhere in the country! Scheduling is probably the most difficult part of Implant surgery and remaining patient with the doctors through the process. I had so much ongoing pain and infection in my mouth that antibiotics did not get rid of before surgery and it effected my life much more than I thought it would! Folks even if you can't afford dental implants you don't need to keep your natural teeth if they have some sort of dental disease and your Dr. advises against it, you can learn to eat well and feel STRONG even without any teeth in your mouth, of course you need to consult with your Dr first. Like many hard things in life it is not as bad in end as I first thought in the beginning. I am NOT A DOCTOR PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE MAKING SERIOUS DECISIONS THEY ARE HERE TO HELP US MOST DEFINITELY WITHOUT A DOUBT! Thank everyone for their time reading this review! Oh I also lost 50lbs before my surgery in 1 years time.

Big shoutout to Mhelody, Dr. Marshall, and Lexie at Higginbotham! Mhelody and Dr. Marshall worked on my tooth, and even though Mhelody’s progressing more and more each time I come in, she’s amazing super sweet and careful. Mhelody also makes me feel like a friend, not just a patient, which makes every visit so much easier. Lexie at checkout is wonderful too! They made a root canal almost… enjoyable 😅. If they ever leave, I might have to stage a protest… or just sneak in pretending to be a new patient. Keep them around forever! Lol

Lexi and Cali were wonderful! They were both very welcoming and great with my two kids. It was a very comfortable experience using them as a new dental office and being new to the area from DeSoto County, MS. I highly recommend their office!
