Y'all are the best! Sham was very friendly and made sure I was very comfortable. Destiny did the same and gave me all the information I needed to know about my visit. Jessica and Nova's Mom (I didn't catch her name but I know her daughter from school activities馃檪) did not work on me but when the came into the room introduced themselves and were very friendly. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Excellent service!!!

I had an amazing experience for my cleaning today. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. I had Sham do my cleaning, and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and the cleaning itself was great. Mallory was my hygienist, she did an amazing job! She was thorough and gentle. My teeth feel amazing!

Higginbothams dentistry in Blytheville has made my dental experiences so pleasant! Today i went in for a cleaning and it always feels like I'm walking into a friend's house. Im always warmly greeted by the receptionist and other front desk ladies. Setting in the waiting area is always comfortable and the other patients are always kind and courteous. My hygienist assistant today was Sham and she was kind and easy to talk to! She also explained what she was going to do and to into accounty comfort throughout the process. I've been coming here for years and every hygienist and dentist have been so friendly and thrive to make my experience as comfortable and painless as they can. They always listen to my concerns i have about my teeth and figure out exactly what's going on. In my experience, it's always been a 10 out of 10 experience!

Called and made an appointment for my son to have a cavity fixed. He drove an hour down there and they cleaned his teeth. They did not fix the cavity. Lady on the phone said they didnt have time on the other side to fix the cavity. WELL WHY IN THE HELL DID YOU SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT? I understand he needed x rays, or we could have had them sent from his dentist (his dentist is being treated for cancer which is the reason we were coming here for the cavity fixing) or they could have pushed the appointment out until a time where he could get an x ray and the cavity fixed. I FEEL THIS PLACE JUST WANTS TO MILK THE INSURANCE COMPANY. Poor communication. If a patient calls and asks for a cavity to be fixed, they would expect when they make that appointment that the cavity would be fixed.Not that they would have to come back again. Gas isn't free, time off work isn't always easy- why would you make us come back a second time without telling us that upfront.
