I had my new patient appointment today. Everyone was very knowledgeable, nice, professional and kind. Dr. White was nice and very thorough. The treatment plan was ready and discussed all in the same visit. No high pressure sales to get everything scheduled and done. Professional but laid back is the best way to describe the experience.

Caled for a new patient appointment with immediate issues to address without insurance. Very helpful staff worked me in the schedule in just a couple of days. No insurance wasn't an issue at all and the cost was quite reasonable. Excellent overall visit. The staff was both professional and wonderful to work with. I will recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent dentist

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are always happy to help with questions about treatment recommendations and insurance billing. The service is fantastic; the hygienist and the doctor are thorough…with the cleaning and evaluation of treatment. Both took the time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed.

No waiting. Not overbooked. Most detailed exam I have ever had. I unfortunately have been to many medical professionals in the last 40 years and these are some of the most competent, friendly people I have seen. Highly recommended!

Dr Higgins has always had a bad bedside manner and then my last visit it I told him I didn’t want any crowns because the hygienist said they were watching a few teeth for crowns. He turned to the hygienist and said. She don’t want no crowns. Is this how a dentists speaks?? Or was he mocking me? I promise I have every tooth in my mouth! 2 weeks later I get a letter of dismissal from the practice. That we don’t get along and our needs are not the same. I’ve been going to the practice for 6 years. Mostly while Dr . Mantooth ran it. He was quite the gentleman! I love my hygienist and she and I really like each other! My husband goes to this practice as well. I can’t believe a dentist dismissed me from his practice because I said I didn’t want any crowns!!! Picture is to prove I have teeth!😂😂😂
