A wonderful experience from start to finish. The receptionist was patient & kind, and my hygienist was amazing- so gentle and friendly (Sorry I am horrible with names but they both work Tuesdays!). The building they’re in is gorgeous with a fantastic view. I am so grateful to have dental care in my neighborhood. Thank you!

Dr. Sullivan was so nice and pleasant to be around. She changed my life completely in just one day. Her work was so incredible that she was able to fix sixteen years of damage in just a few hours. I suggest everybody to go to High Country Dentistry. That'll be the best thing you ever did in your life!

I initially had a great experience with the dental care providers at High Country Dentistry. They did good work and saw me quickly; my initial review of this office was 5 stars. The reason I have taken the time to rewrite my review lies in my experience afterwards regarding payment. Long story short, the payment process for me was long and lacking in communication.
I visited this office three times over the course of 1.5 months to get some dental work done. On my first visit, I mistakenly provided the incorrect insurance information; my fault completely. On my second visit, I provided them with the correct information and let them know that I gave them the wrong information the first time. They said they would re-run it. On my third visit, there was no one staffing the reception desk to speak to regarding insurance/payment. I was told by the hygienist that I would be contacted by reception afterward, so I left the appointment. I followed up with them via two voicemails when I didn’t receive a call, and didn’t hear from them for over four months. After those four months passed, I began to receive correspondence saying I owed a large sum. I called them, they explained they have a new comms system (that’s why I was getting texts and emails suddenly) and that my insurance wasn’t paying for anything. I contacted my insurance company, and they told me that High Country hadn’t submitted a claim to them (whether it was denied or accepted) since 2023. I called High Country back, and they confirmed that they had been re-running the incorrect insurance information, rather than the correct information I gave them at my second visit.
Instead of responding to my voicemails when I called them to inquire about payment or attempting any sort of communication to confirm my insurance information, I did not hear from them for over four months. Then I received a bill for a large amount of money.
Because of this experience I will be finding a new dental provider.

I had two crowns put on. One wasn't quite right so she replaced both crowns for free! I'm thrilled! She said the one I wouldn't be happy with in a few years and she's a perfectionist! Not many dentists would do that!

My first to High Country Dentistry. I found the staff with whom I interacted - Taylor RDH and Dr. Beck, to be patient, friendly and informative. I will be a returning patient.
