For dental surgery Dr Lam is smart, he explains everything before 100%, and is fast. I’ve had 4 impacted wisdom teeth pull 2 in CA with an ok Dr & 2 with Dr Lam. Now I’m getting an crappy root canal that Brock replaced. Surgery with Dr Lam has been way faster & less painful. He gives you very thorough written instructions after too. During surgery he addresses multiple issues as possible in once making it safer, less expensive & less painful. He also has a grew discount for those with not so great insurance.
His office litter just called me right now! It’s about 24 hours after the surgery & they were just checking on me, making sure I’m ok & taking all the precautions the Dr has set in place. My Dentist recommended him & I feel very fortunate.

I got my wisdom teeth removed and it was so quick and painless. My doctor pugao was quick also kept me calm while doing it! He talked me through everything he was about to do which helped my nerves so much. Then our nurse Rebeca was fantastic she was funny and even after everything was done she explained everything perfectly to where I understood completely. This was such great place, im glad I came here instead of somewhere else!!

When you’re not feeling your best, it makes such a difference to be cared for the way I was here. The staff at the Gateway office was able to accommodate me the same day, which I truly appreciated. The front desk team was patient and kind, making the entire process smooth from the start.
Rebecca took the time to ensure everything was in order and clearly explained the risks and post-care instructions, which made me feel confident and informed. Dr. Reo Pugao, MD was also very kind and reassuring throughout the visit.
Scheduling my procedure was quick and easy. I’m truly thankful for this team and the care they provided.😊

I had eyelid surgery and I'm completely satisfied and amazed at the results. From the initial visit to the post surgery check-up, I have been pleasantly pleased. The staff has never let me down and always been courteous. Dr. Yates is awesome! Very friendly in person and especially during the surgery. The procedure and complete recovery has been painless. I was worried about the surgery for no reason. Dr. Yates and all of his assistants did a fantastic job of seeing to my needs. I highly recommend him and his office. Rebeca truly stood out—she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.
