Impressive - thorough, comprehensive, and clearly focused on long-term oral health. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s obvious that everyone there is skilled and genuinely cares about providing high-quality care. As someone who works in healthcare, I recognize how hard it is to find a practice that delivers this level of care. Looking forward to my next visit.

I called the office this morning before they were even open and explained that I had a broken tooth. Mandie, an assistant there (also my sister) called me and told me to come right in as they had an opening available. Mallory met with me did X-rays and made me feel so at ease. Dr. O’Connor came in and temporarily fixed my tooth enough until it can be repaired next week. That quickly! I was so scared I was going to lose my tooth. Chelsea helped me get set up for the next couple appointments and billing. Honestly I was very surprised at how affordable it ended up being. They have a Dental Savings Plan (DSP) saved me so much money since I don’t have dental insurance. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I can’t thank High Peaks Dental enough.

I’ve always been anxious about dental visits, but Pacey immediately put me at ease. His calm, careful technique and thoughtful manner made the appointment surprisingly comfortable. He was attentive to my concerns and provided excellent care throughout — truly a great experience and a credit to the practice.

My experience with High Peaks Dental could not have been better. I had been putting off much-needed dental work for years because of a traumatic experience with a different dentist years ago. I ended up needing quite a bit of work, and my anxiety was through the roof. The people at High Peaks are consummate professionals and genuinely great human beings. They were so patient and kind, thoroughly explaining the process and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The procedure was painless and well done. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. I am no longer scared to go to the dentist and will go nowhere else for dental work.

The staff at this office are incredible. They are all so incredibly kind and consistently check in with you during your visit to see how you’re doing. Staff takes all the steps and precautions to ensure a smooth, calm environment for you as the patient to feel as comfortable as possible. I truly do not have enough good things to say about this office. I am so happy with my experience. I was terrified about getting my teeth pulled and the further dental work I will need to have done. I have no pain at all. I am so impressed with Dr. O'Connor and his team and am incredibly thankful for them helping me start this new stage of my life.
