I visited High Point Smiles today. My experience was the same as always, great! The staff are amazing and they always greet you with a smile. I’ve consistently had great experiences. I had my daughter with me today. Everyone spoke and introduced themselves to her. It feels great to have a local dentist office that you can trust to provide excellent service all around!

I have severe dental anxiety. For the past 20 years, I cry from just a cleaning. EVERY single time....I'm talking bawling my eyes out, draining all of my energy for the rest of the day. I recently just had my 2nd cleaning at High Point Smile Dentistry and I didn't cry!!! After 20 years! That is a testament to how incredibly sensitive, kind, considerate, and loving all of the staff are. The girl at the check-in counter, all of my family's hygienists, the lady who takes payment and makes appointments, the lady who answered my insurance questions over the phone, and especially Dr. Ben. (He's the reason I came to this office, based on a friend's recommendation and her understanding of the level of my anxiety.) I don't even care that they're not in network with my insurance. This staff has done an excellent job, and they are so gentle, which has helped me begin to overcome some deep-rooted fears of the dentist. I can't thank you all enough. ❤️

The team at HP Smile Dentistry is awesome! Always friendly and professional! I go twice a year for cleanings and I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment. When I have needed additional work, Dr. Kwon has clearly explained the need and the details of the work. He makes you feel as comfortable as you can in a dentist chair. :) I highly recommend High Point Smile Dentistry!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kwon's for nearly 20 years, and I have lived in the Raleigh area for the past 10. I have never bothered to find a dentist out that way because Dr. Kwon, Dr. Ben, and my hygienist are all kind and amazing people. I have great relationships with them (especially my hygienist) and I know they have my dental health as their top priority when I am in that chair. I have had to see other hygienists as well when my was out on maternity leave for example. They are all great here, from front desk staff to the dentists. I will always recommend them!

Dr Kwon did a crown for me on a front tooth with a beautiful result and an improvement on the original tooth. He is an expert in using new technology to create both a good fit and excellent appearance. The staff are also great, and I highly recommend this dental practice.
