The service is very good and my experience for all my visits has been fine my doctor has been great and my only issue is the fact that this process of getting my teeth out and getting dentures was supposedly only going to take approximately 3 months but due to a problem with the lab my dentures were delayed and then when they were sent for my fitting. I had to go through the mold process again and I was delayed again. I feel that I should have been given some sort of discount for waiting so long. I just got them today. 5 months from when I began

I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years because my old dentist kept canceling on me. Highland got me in quickly and didn’t judge me. They did everything that needed to be done in less than a month and I had 3 different appointments. They are gentle and check to make sure you are doing alright. Very impressed!

From start to finish it was an amazing experience. I had all but 2 teeth removed and fitted for top and bottom dentures. Doctor Fay and her assistant Hailey Goodwin were amazing they work together great and definitely care about their patients! Definetly recommend to anyone that needs dental care!

After nearly completing a very difficult root canal, they took a x-ray and found the tooth to be cracked, then pulled the tooth. I found the dentist to be very good and gentle, however, the assistant broke out in laughter several times during the procedure; and then when the extraction was recommended and decided to proceed (since my mouth was so numb already) I expressed to the assistant that I wasn’t trying to be unkind, but would she not laugh during the procedure. She took great offense to my request and left the room, rather than apologizing for her personal conduct. Very disappointing as it was a very difficult procedure to endure.

I have lived all over the country and Ive had a lot of dental work done and alot of different dentists. This was my first time here. I have never felt so at home at a dental office! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Every step of the way I was informed and told what was happening and what my options were. This was the least stressed I have ever been at a dentist. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid back, welcoming but professional environment and qualified docs and techs!
