Dr J. Bone is the most patient human being on the planet. My 11yo was very high anxiety about having teeth pulled (4) for the first time and Dr Bone took the time to walk her through the process with enough information for her to feel better but not so much that it overwhelmed her. She knew when to push and when to back off and not once got impatient when my daughter’s anxiety rose. I felt so comfortable with her and her assistants the entire time and my daughter left having a positive experience for the first time with a dentist. The office staff are friendly, we waited only 5 minutes before coming back and were attended to immediately. We are super impressed with the entire office.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. I was able to get in on very short notice, which I truly appreciated. The office is extremely clean, well-run, and very efficient. The staff was top notch friendly, accommodating, and made the whole process seamless. Dr. Cazes was outstanding. Very comforting, confident, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease throughout the visit. You can tell you’re in great hands here. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care.

I came into Hill Country Dental Associates in a lot of pain, and they were able to get me in at the last second, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Jennifer Bone was incredibly thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience much less stressful. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Bone and the team.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Hill Country Dental Associates. All the staff was very friendly, very helpful & explained what was needed & being done. Dr. Jennifer was excellent in putting my porcelain cap back on my front tooth. I am looking forward to coming back, & getting my future dental needs met with such a great Dr, & team. Thank you all 🤗

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Hill Country Dental Associates. From the moment you walk into their offices, you are greeted by the extremely friendly, kind, and helpful Admin Team. My Hygienist Lyndel was absolutely the best (professional, throughout and helpful). And, in addition, I was "blessed" to have been seen by Dr. Jen Bone. She helped my with a very difficult tooth. She walked me through all of my options and possible outcomes and once the decision was made on how to move forward, she clearly told me exactly what she was doing (each step of the way); she made sure was I comfortable and understood everything that was going to happen all along the way. Dr. Jen Bone is one of the most professional, skilled, kind dentist I have ever met. I am new to Kerrville, and I am so happy I found Dr. Jen Bone. She will be my dentist for life!!!! Thank you Dr. Jen Bone. You are your entire staff are truly the best!
