I cannot express how amazing my experience was at Hillcrest. I had a broken tooth and I am a new patient and I do not like going to the dentist. I was dreading it all week and the minute I walked into the door I felt calmer. The environment is over the top luxury, the waiting area is calming and comfortable and my experience in the dental chair was by far the best I have ever had. I literally asked Dr. Jones have you done it yet? she had to put a filling in the broken tooth but was able to save the tooth. And she said yes, finishing up! I was in an out in 30 minutes and from the reception to the assistant (Heather) and to Dr. Jones I do not have one complaint or suggestion on how it could have been any better.

I had a root canal done at Hillcrest Dental Group and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone there was so kind, professional, and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire visit. The service was absolutely perfect, and the dentist did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate how caring and attentive everyone was. I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental Group to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I had a great experience with Stephanie and Maddie. Stephanie was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire cleaning. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which really put me at ease. Maddie was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. Together they created a welcoming and professional environment that made the visit much more pleasant than a typical dental appointment. Stephanie’s attention to detail and genuine care for her patients really stood out. My teeth felt amazing after the cleaning.

I was greeted by very kind ladies at the front desk; beautiful office and delicious coffee, too! I was called into my appointment within a couple minutes. The technician and doctor were very kind and knowledgeable; fully explained everything. Check out was easy and swift. Got a cup of coffee on the way out! Great place and most comfortable. Thank you!

10’s across the board! :) From the front desk to the hygienist and dentist, everyone was great. I had a great experience with the front desk! Very welcoming. Then Maddie! She was super sweet and down to earth! Next Stephanie, who is literally one of the sweetest people ever! She cleaned my teeth to perfection. Finally, the dentist Dr. Rueff. He was patient and fully explained an optional treatment plan. I will definitely continue my dental visits here!
