I have never, in my very long life, had such a pleasant dentistry experience. Very thorough, very gentle, very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about every aspect of your dental experience. Mel gave me so many tips about good dental hygiene that I’ve never heard of before. Dr Hoerster was thorough, and of course knowledgeable and extremely personable. My husband was waiting to hear how I liked them, now he’s booked his first appointment.

I was really impressed with several things at this dentist office: 1. Friendly greeting when I entered the office. 2. Two TV monitors in the patient/procedure room (one is to watch streaming channels and the other to share a computer screen). 3. They took my blood pressure with a cuff 4. Kayla offered me a heating pad collar to go over my shoulders; wow, it felt so good and relaxing! :) 5. Mary took x-rays with a handheld gadget that instantly appeared on the shared computer monitor; very high tech! She's also very gentle and mindful of your comfort when maneuvering the gadget in your mouth. 6. Melissa, dental hygienist, came in to check the teeth for a next appointment cleaning. She's very thorough and gentle with the teeth & gums when cleaning at the next appt. 7. Dr. Hoerster came in to introduce himself, review the findings, and answer questions. He's nice and reassuring. Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had in the last 60 plus years! The patient's comfort, teeth, and experience are their highest priorities.

I’ve been around the sun quite a few times, and lived all over the country. I just received THE best teeth cleaning and THE most thorough oral exam in my wide experience. I know I’m in good hands with this dental practice.

I had a great experience at Hoerster Family Dentistry. Dr. Hoerster was honest, fair, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even pushed back on something a different dentist told me I needed, which I really appreciated—it made me feel like he genuinely had my best interests in mind, not just doing unnecessary work. The whole office was professional and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, I’d highly recommend Hoerster Family Dentistry.

All the staff from the front desk to the ladies in the back their number one priority is your comfort, from the minute you arrive to when you leave. The heated chair that awaits your arrival, a warm blanket & a hot towel wipe plus the friendly always polite and courteous staff make a trip to the dentist enjoyable. Dr Hoerster is always ready to listen & put your mind at ease, I truly struck gold when I found this office, if you are reading these reviews & are looking for a dentist I highly recommend this man!
