Dr. Dutson and the entire staff are exceptional. My toddler recently fell and damaged her front teeth, and this team allowed me to bring her in immediately for an emergency visit, where they did a quick xray and provided very helpful feedback. They were extremely busy when we arrived but they got us back to a chair quickly, and Dr. Dutson did not rush her check despite how busy they were. My daughter was treated with a lot of attentiveness and care and we are so grateful for that. Thank you!

Dr. Dutson filled some cavities for me and I was very satisfied. I dislike going to the dentist and having cavities drilled, but nonetheless it was as good of experience as I’ve had. A good dental office.

Excellent dental care when it comes down to it but extremely poor front office staff. Very rude, take it or leave it attitude, refused to explain office policies if though they had never applied previously, refused to allow me to speak to anyone else besides her unless I called back, hungup repeatedly.
This dispute started over an appointment schedule in which she advised an office policy was to collect payment upfront. This has never been the case for any previous visit for me, my daughter, or any of my family members include, mother, father, and brother who have all gone to this facility. It was explained that insurance is billed and then the remainder is due. When asked why they had not previously insisted on collection before rendering services she went silent and refused to answer. When I asked again she advised that THEY were trying to help me out and they could just give the appointment to someone else. I asked for the office manager or someone else, she said I could call back, I told her I could come up there and have the conversation in person in which she invited me to do so, and attempted badly to hangup on me.
I called back, asked for a supervisor because she had said to do that and she said she wasn't available, I cursed at her and told her I'd be there soon as I was on my way.
I called back, no answer.

I called back, 5th time, the office manager picks up, apologizes profusely, I explain I'm on my way, explain very clearly the behavior the rep has expressed and she says that is not okay.
I get into the office, stare down the front desk rep and tell her that I called her bluff as she told me to. I waited for the office manager to come over in which she pulled me into a side office where I explained the same thing, even more frustrated being autistic I'm shaking and angry. She grabs the others, the two dr's, who stand there like dear in the headlights listening to my please of anger. I explain I have done customer service for 20 years, I have worked with people on the phone, and this is not how you treat anyone. The second Dr decided to try to deflect and say with how many angry people they get that don't pay their bill she was just trying to enforce their policy. This I replied I understood but the problem came when I asked her to explain their discrepancy with collecting payments. To this the Dr replied that some staff felt threatened and I would be asked to leave. I did all while admittedly telling them to F off and giving the front office rep the bird.
This review reflects the extremely poor handling the Dr's gave when attempting to de-escalating a mentally disabled patient who tried to come to them for help. This review reflects the poor customer service that the front office staff here exhume, I would highly recommend not to go to this office.

Best dentists I have ever been to! Everyone at the office are so kind! I live 2 hours away and still make the trip to them because they have done such a great job on my teeth.

I wasn't sure which tooth was hurting or what exactly was going on. I didn't have an appointment they got me in and figured out what the problem was and fixed me. What wonderful dentist's and assistants and office people! Would highly reccomend them.
