Can having one's wisdom teeth removed be a pleasant experience? YES! I am in my 50s and I kicked this can down the road longer than I should have. My dentist recommended that I consult with Hollywood Oral Surgery. What can I say about Dr. Torres? He is exceptionally talented and personable! Everyone on the team is so welcoming and comforting and efficient. At the end of my visit with the doctor, I received my forecasted co-payment. I paid my deposit and was scheduled for my surgery. Everything went seamlessly. Dr. Torres has the best hands and my recovery time was quick.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this oral surgery team! I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and going into it, I was extremely nervous. From the moment I walked in, though, they made me feel completely at ease.
Every single person on the team was kind, thoughtful, understanding, patient, and incredibly professional. They took the time to answer all of my (many!) nervous questions without ever making me feel rushed or silly. They truly accommodated me in every way possible and made sure I felt comfortable and calm before the procedure even began.
Dr. Berley was phenomenal — confident, reassuring, and clearly so skilled at what he does. Bettie Vilma, Arcelis, and Jodi (CRNA) were equally wonderful. They worked together seamlessly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The entire team knew exactly what they were doing, and it showed.
The procedure itself was basically painless, which still amazes me. I’m now two weeks post-surgery and have had zero problems with recovery. Everything healed perfectly, and I felt supported the entire time.
This was honestly the most amazing experience I’ve had anywhere in healthcare. I recommend this place with all of my heart. I am beyond grateful and cannot thank Dr. Berley, Bettie Vilma, Arcelis, and Jodi enough for their exceptional care. If you’re nervous about oral surgery like I was, trust me — you are in the best hands here!

Dr. Torres and the entire staff were amazing. The procedure went smoothly, and I had zero pain after the surgery, which truly exceeded my expectations. Your professionalism, kindness, and attention made the experience so comfortable and stress-free.

I don't like having to go to the dentist much less hearing that you have to have oral surgery. Well Dr. Torres made my tooth extraction and bone graft experience a great one. Not to mention he is very handsome and pleasant. His office staff from the time I walked until I left made me feel comfortable. Also shout out to Alexis, she pulled some strings to get me in sooner to see the Dr. I will definitely not miss any appointments going forward.

I felt so scared and nervous coming in because of how impacted my wisdom teeth were, but it was just as easy as Dr. Torres and his team said it would be. I woke up feeling fine, and I feel prepared for the recovery process thanks to their knowledge and expertise. Thank you!
