This is a very nice office with great staff. Would easily be a glowing 5 star review if the wait time to check out wasn't so long and frustrating. When I am done with an appointment, I am done and ready to leave. Its crazy that I know the absolute worst part of a dental visit will be checkout process, even for just a 6 month cleaning.

Dr Lancaster and his team always take great care of my family. We have been going there since he started in Warsaw. But recently our 2 year old granddaughter needed to be seen and they got her in right away AND treated her like a princess. She had the best first trip to the dentist and I’m sure she will be excited to go back!

They took their time on cleaning my teeth and being very patient with me having tmj problems which I really appreciate. That was the best experience at a dentist I ever had. They did such a good job.

I have never been happy with the crown they did after multiple adjustments. Now, I have been trying to schedule a cleaning with them and have left voicemails with no callback even though they have been calling me all year trying to schedule the cleaning. I have given up after a week and no callback and found another practice.
