ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I'm always nervous going to the dentist, but everyone there, from the receptionist, the office manager, the dental assistants, and especially my dentist put me at total ease. I'm going back next week to get dentures for the first time, I have to get a lot of teeth pulled too, but I'm actually looking forward to it. I'll have my smile back , and I know that I won't be nervous about getting the work done. I've even referred one of my friends today. She's terrified of dentists but I told her how wonderful my experience was. I'm hoping she'll get the courage up to make an appointment. Also, everything was spotless. I was at a different National dental group not too long ago and it wasn't up to my standards. Horizon definitely met my standards. I'm very proud and grateful to everyone there. They are absolutely wonderful.

Ladies from the front desk Into every department I visited in made me feel comfortable. They did an amazing job with making the root canal process so comfortable and they took their time. I recommend them 100%, clean waiting room and clean rooms felt very inviting.

The best first impression was the sweet lady who greeted me, and signed me in. Shanika also set up my follow up appointment. I feel so taken care of and so valued by her. Once inside, it was a very long wait. Not much communication. I was completely blindsided when the business lady came in, told me what I had to pay today, or they would not start work. It would have worked a lot better for them and me, if this was communicated to me long before this, and especially before I traveled 4 hours for nothing. Gas is not cheap! And the time wasted! My appointment to make the impressions for my new dentures went a lot better. Staff interactions were great. I still should not have had to use a full tank of gas and drive 8 hours, 2 trips combined because the financial lady failed to communicate with me prior to my first appointment. I had to make s second appointment for the impressions once the Financials were taken care of.

From the moment I stepped off the elevator, I experienced the utmost care and professionalism from every staff member, especially my hygienist, Laura. Her experience and impeccable examination provided me with the best cleaning. I especially appreciated her attention to my future dental care needs to ensure a healthy and beautiful smile. I have severe dental anxiety and from the first smiling face that greeted me when I walked in to the dreaded exam and then paperwork...the professionals in this office are amazing...kind,respectful. I am so grateful for making this experience not just tolerable but quite pleasant!
