Just left the office, and didn't want to wait to write a review. From check in to check out, every member of the staff was wonderful. You can really tell how important customer service is. Prompt, efficient, friendly with a smile at the front desk, and those smiles continued all the way to through the office. The hygienists were personable, and I know they listened to what I was saying, because Dr Payami walked in and began by addressing the questions I had posed. Here's what struck me the most: Even though I had four hands in my mouth while I was getting two teeth extracted, and couldn't do more than grunt and give a thumbs up, Dr Payami (and I completely forgot the hygienist's name!) didn't carry on with each other like I wasn't there. They focused on ME, and MY needs, and what I was doing this summer. I don't remember how we got to talking about tattoos and motorcycles... But we went there! Oh, it's worth noting that the procedure was smooth and comfortable, they clearly explained everything as they went, and even showed me the teeth they removed afterwards to explain exactly what was going on when I asked. But really, that was all secondary to the experience of what felt like hanging out with cool people on a Monday afternoon.

Great staff, they got me in very quick, they are very smart and very delicate doctors. did not feel any pain from the extraction . Marianne took care of me the whole time via x-rays and via the whole procedures and made sure I was content and comfortable. they’re all very funny and they’re all very smart and they all provide great work and great bedside manner.

Dr.Payami is an incredible, kind and knowledgeable doctor. He has staffed his office to reflect the professionalism he conveys to his patients.

Dr. Andrew Montazem and staff were amazing! I came this morning to get both of my upper wisdom teeth out. I got there at 11, was x-rayed and fully numb by 11:15, and was back in my car at 11:30! I was amazed. Teeth came out in 10 minutes. No pain at all, slight pressure during the actual extractions, but nothing bad. I had obvious nervousness going into it, but it went so much better than expected! The doctor was very knowledgeable, which put my mind at ease, and the entire team was understanding. He was very professional, he answered all of my questions, checked in during the entire process to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, and even gave me extra novocaine to make 100% sure I didn’t feel anything! He also talked me through every step of the way, letting me know when the teeth were out, and gave me warnings when there would be a pinch, sting, and slight pressure. He had a good sense of humor as well, which definitely helped the process! The teeth were out in seconds and there was no pain at all and very little discomfort! I told him & his assistant that I was nervous, but they were super encouraging and made me feel so much better about the whole thing! They were both very easygoing and eased my anxiety a ton. His assistant was also very kind, and they both gave me reassurance throughout the whole process. The woman who took my x-ray when I checked in was also very kind, helpful, and professional! Everyone there was great and I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it all was. When we were done I asked if he wanted to take out the bottoms too, since everything got done so fast, lol! When the time comes that I need them out, I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend Dr. M and his team!

I just had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was very friendly and I felt safe and comfortable here. I would definitely recommend this office. Everything was explained to me in detail. Great experience. The doctor even called me to check in after a few hours. Amazing!
