Everything good except a few things, my son and I we’re scheduled for same day/time which was convenient, we were checked in and called back quickly, my teeth were cleaned and they were able to cement in a crown that had come off, the dental techs care was professional. My concerns are about the dentist. After the tech updated my chart for new medical problem’s and medications, one of which is Oxycodone for pain, I have stage 2 (locally advanced) pancreatic cancer, so when the dentist came in she took a quick look at my chart and first thing she asked was “what’s the Oxycodone for?” I was really annoyed about that, she asked in what to me seemed to me like an accusatory tone as if I might be a drug seeker, She didn’t ask about any other new meds I’m on, just the oxycodone. I should have spoken up for myself and explained I have inoperable pancreatic cancer and it’s pain medication my oncologist and palliative care team placed me on. The other concern I have is after taking a full set of x-rays in the chair, another set while standing while the machine circle around your head, and then another set right before fixing the crown, no one sat down and talked about the findings. My previous dentist when I lived in Texas was really a great guy and would pull them up on the computer and explain to me what he saw and any concerns, so I just feel the dentist was insensitive and just rushed me around and despite all the friendly care from the office people checking me in and the dental tech doing a nice job cleaning my teeth I left there feeling displeased.

I’ve really appreciated this organization so far. All of the staff have been very patient and kind with me. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was “just a job,” and, the staff were very skilled at what they were doing. Very satisfied with their work!

Amazing dental office! Always clean, warm and welcoming. I’ve been seeing them for years now and the staff are always so lovely and caring. The dentists and hygienists (shout out to Tabatha and Bria!) are thorough and attentive to any needs. They offer a wide range of services on top of routine (e.g. whitening, invisalign) but are never pushy about them. Thank you all and I hope to visit for years to come!
