I almost didn’t come to this place because of the reviews, but I have had such a wonderful experience both times I’ve been there and will keep coming back. I hope to offset some of those negative reviews with my positive one. Everyone is so friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. They’re quick, efficient, and they do good work. They didn’t try to scam me or talk me into anything crazy. It was simple and easy and painless. I’m glad I found them.

Update May/2026 Had my first cleaning done by Annette and I had no idea that my teeth could feel that clean?? The cleaning was fast and painless then she buffed/polished my teeth until they glowed. I drink coffee and she wasn't about to let that stop her. This location is an hour drive for me but it's worth the trip. Best dentist ever. ---- Dr. Ibrahim was absolutely wonderful. I have had some bad experiences to the point of having some fear of the dentist and he made sure I felt very secure. I was topically numbed me before they even gave me the novacaine shot so I barely even felt the shot. The numbing worked immediately (previously I have had to have multiple shots for this one very stubborn tooth). I cannot say enough for the pleasant visit I had. The reception was also exceptional and always have picked up the phone and answered all of my questions. 10/10 Parking is the only hurdle- street parking seems necessary but I had no issues there.

Always a good experience every time I come in for my appointment. Everyone is kind and friendly. Never have felt any shame for any dental procedures done. I definitely would recommend anyone to come here, especially if you experience anxiety when it comes to certain dental procedures. They talk you through the process.

Absolutely love the team here at Hylan Dental. I love Tia and Dr. Escovar!! They have helped me so much over the years and I cannot thank them enough for making me feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in the care I am getting at each appointment. I feel like I have truly been through the wringer when it comes to oral surgeries etc. but this team has continued to steer me in the right direction for that care. I truly look forward to my appointments at Hylan Dental, and catching up with Tia each time I return. Thanks for making my experience feel like family.

Scheduling is not very organized and it’s hard to get in when you have to work. Other than the scheduling issue the actual care is amazing. I seen DR Jordan today and his assistant I think she’s from another location but there today… literally the best care I’ve had at a dentist. They both Explained every step of the way. Dr showed great empathy towards me when I was in pain. I’m barely in any pain now. Also I explained my work situation and the Dr was able to complete the entire process in 1 visit…. That helped me more than they can ever know. No mandatory sick time in Ohio.. single mother of 4 girls… My job is all I have right now and they understood. Super great experience today.
