I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received. I can confidently say I have never experienced such stellar care in my life.
Having come from a previous negative dental experience, I carried a lot of hesitation and distrust into this process. However, my visit yesterday completely changed that. The results, combined with the overwhelming support and encouragement from your entire team, left me feeling uplifted and truly cared for.
While I’m still adjusting to the new look, what stands out most is the genuine kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness I’ve experienced from the beginning through to now. It has made all the difference.

I've been going to this dental office for years! Susie at the front desk is always so welcoming with a smiling face. Nicole the dental assistant is very accommodating and makes you feel comfortable throughout your entire time in the chair. Dr. Basass is very knowledgeable, personable and I can trust he is giving me an honest opinion. I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and and up to date office. Dr. Bassas has been more than understanding and helpful in addressing my fear of dental work. He's done 5 crowns and several fillings for me, and I can say without reservation that he is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled of all the dentists I've seen over the years, not to mention the most personable and kindest. I highly recommend him, especially for anyone who, like me, has a fear of dental procedures.

My Hero! I am so glad I went with Dr. Bassas! His background is phenomenal, you wont find another expert like him around here, and I did my research on all the other big names offering full mouth dental implants, this process was not something i took lightly, as I needed full reconstruction, someone I could trust to re design my smile, so I did my due diligence. Not only did I research the companies, I also researched the opinions of the Dr's and staff that worked for these big names, so just take my word for it, I already did all the research.. go see Dr. Bassas. Everyone says how natural they look, I love them, I havent looked nor felt this great in decades. Food even tastes better. As far as the process goes, there was no pain. Hard to believe, I know.

i-Implant Dentistry is a dental implant practice in Sartell, Minnesota, serving patients across Central Minnesota, including St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids. The practice name reflects its stated focus on care that is innovative, informative, and individualized. Visits begin with a complete examination, after which the practice's prosthodontist, Dr. Saad Bassas, reviews the diagnosis and discusses all treatment options. Services include single and full-mouth dental implants, All-on-4 full-arch treatment, traditional and implant-supported dentures, dental crowns and bridges, bone grafting, tooth extractions, and cosmetic dentistry, with intravenous sedation available for patient comfort. For patients missing many teeth, the practice offers All-on-4 dental implants, which use a minimum of four implants per arch to support a full-mouth prosthesis. According to the practice, this approach can often bypass bone grafting, and in many cases remaining teeth can be extracted, implants placed, and temporary teeth fitted on the same day. The team helps patients apply for dental financing and files insurance claims on their behalf. Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. Saad Bassas, DDS, a prosthodontist who completed a dual residency in oral surgery and prosthodontics. He received his dental degree from Aleppo University College of Dentistry in 1998, completed an oral surgery residency and graduate studies at Damascus University, and went on to complete the maxi course in oral implantology at New York University, a postgraduate program in Esthetic Dentistry, and the Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He became a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry in 2009 and a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics in 2017. Dr. Bassas opened his private practice in Sartell in 2006 and is trained and licensed to provide intravenous sedation.
