I have been coming here for about 2 years and so far only had good experiences. This last one was terrible. I went in for a filling. During the procedure, I felt the drill pressing against my tongue. I raised my hand to pause. Both of them were irritated and didn't apologize. I was afraid for the rest of the procedure. They were clearly in a rush and didn't care. I emailed them about this and there was no follow-up. Now that they are more busy, they are prioritizing customers who have more to spend.

Dr. Maya and her team at Icon are amazing! They are friendly, efficient, and extremely skilled. I went for a whitening and bonding treatment to fix a few chips in my teeth and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend.
