The whole office is friendly and professional from start to finish. I'm always greeted with a smile and my procedures are done with maximum comfort and skill. I bring all my family members to Dr. Lu's practice because he's the best.
I had some issues with my teeth but delayed going to the dentist due to anxiety. Bad news: I needed an implant. Good news: Dr. Lu is so easy to talk to and you can tell he cares about saving your teeth. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Lu and his staff. They get my big recommendation.
Never had my teeth so clean. The tech and process has advanced so much. Shots are a bit discomforting but when you are looking at you teeth after it’s like you had a professional teeth whitening just from a deep clean. Very thankful 🙏 Update… went back for a regular cleaning and it was better than some deep cleanings I’ve had. Highly recommend having all your cleaning done here
Cleanliness, elegance, order, calm atmosphere, attention, follow-up, and reminders of appointments by the medical assistants with all love and respect. While Dr. Lu is very competent in his field, he explains in detail to his patient his condition and the method of treatment. As for Dr. Lu’s assistants, they possess the literature, listening, and interaction with the patient. They make you feel psychologically comfortable, as if you are in a psychiatric clinic. Consider it. I feel lucky with all of you.
I had periodontal disease and went to Dr. Lu for a deep cleaning and laser procedure for bacterial removal. I was initially worried that the deep cleaning would be uncomfortable, but I didn’t feel any discomfort during the treatment. It has now been a week, and my gums have healed well — I can eat normally, and there’s no bleeding from my teeth. I’m very grateful to Dr. Lu for the treatment, and I can clearly feel the improvement.
