Laser work done on my implant with bone loss. Improvement is AMAZING. After only one treatment and 6 months later. I’m so thankful to both Dr. Hansen and Courtney for helping me with this issue. Idaho Perio is “the best”.

They did great at the medical/dental service I needed BUT…..in December of 2024, I got a voicemail while at work suggesting they have an opening for my next appointment. In my career…December is insanely hectic. I was unable to call right back and with my schedule I just completely spaced calling back. I also need specific medications called in before I have any procedure. February rolls around….I get a voicemail (because I was working) that I missed my appointment. I called immediately. Left a voicemail. I got *crickets*. A few weeks later, I get a bill with a charge for $100 for “missing” an appointment I NEVER confirmed NOR having proper medication called in to even have the procedure. I called again, left a voicemail…..*crickets*. I FINALLY got a call back in April, when a family member reached out…(due to my work schedule) advising me of a payment plan. They claimed they had to special call in a hygienist to take care of me and it cost them $600 that they had to pay for. Not true, they schedule me at a place these women are already working (since they have multiple locations). That’s why I’m set in a certain location and a certain day WHEN I CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS. It’s not the $100….it’s the unprofessional attitude. You called to say you could get me in. I didn’t call back to confirm so you just schedule me….without the proper medication for me to even have an appointment….then charge me because I didn’t cancel what I didn’t schedule. LAAAAAAAME

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hansen! I had an emergency situation which led to an extraction, bone graft, and implant a year ago. I was terrified, had no idea what to expect and had so many questions. Dr. Hansen was very patient, sat down with me answering every question I had, making sure I was comfortable proceeding with this surgery. As nervous as I was, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to get me in the very next day. Surgery went flawlessly. I was traveling at the time and Dr. Hansen made sure that he saw me twice post-op before I left the city to ensure everything looked good. He was very pleasant to work with. Every dentist I've seen since has told me that "whoever did your implant did an amazing job" I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hansen and his team. Would highly recommend!

I had been told for years by Idaho Perio that I was in need of a gum graft. I kept putting it off until Dr. Sprott explained the importance of getting it done before I caused a much bigger and more expensive problem. Before the surgery Dr. Sprott did a very excellent job of explaining the process and talking to me like a person and not just another patient. This definitely helped to lessen the stress before starting the surgery. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process took and how easy he made it seem. Surgery of any type can be stressful and I am very grateful that the Dr. and the entire staff were very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. I highly recommend Idaho Perio for any and all of your gum needs.

Amazing! Idaho Perio exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with the results! I had crown lengthening done by Dr. Hansen and it turned out so good!! He went above and beyond. I had a gummy smile before and now it looks perfect. He knows exactly what your teeth/gums need to look great and takes the time to explain everything. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. The overall experience was wonderful!
