The screwed up my crown big time. Between paying out of pocket for no reason, bad scheduling, and Dr. Mehdi being visably annoyed at me for asking questions, I absolutely hate this place. My experience here was such a saga, it has become my go-to medical horror story. Avoid this place at all costs.
I needed a crown and the dentists at here recommended against doing a root canal for it. After a year of sensitivity issues with the crown and a couple of follow ups, it turns out I did in fact need a root canal. Can they do it in house? No. They just handed me a referral (that was out of network by the way) and told me to come back when I had gotten the root canal done. Oh, and if they had done the root canal, it would have been covered by insurance. So I paid out of pocket for absolutely no reason.
The receptionist at Ideal Dental told me to schedule the root canal and the crown on the same day. So I find a different in-network dentist to do a consult, make a dozen calls to book the root canal in the morning and a crown with Dr. Mehdi at Ideal in the afternoon. That's not easy, so I have to book really far out. The day comes and Dr. Mehdi just replaces the temp crown from the root canal with a different one and tells me to come back next week. Why did the receptionist tell me these two appointments told me they had to be on the same day then? Very poor communication between the dentists and the reception team.
These follow ups are covered by the dentist office, so I don't complain too much. I come back, get the permanent crown. But the bite is feeling off. I ask for some adjustments and it's taking a good bit of time. The clock is ticking and the bite isn't feeling better. Dr. Mehdi starts slamming down instruments and murmuring to himself in a way that made me feel very unwelcome. I honestly didn't want to be there either, but I'm not the one whose office screwed up and had to stay until 5:10pm to fix it.
Overall, just don't. This whole experience was just awful. They're a cosmetic dental practice so I'm sure they can whiten your teeth and make them look pretty. But don't come here for a filling, or a crown. Dr. Mehdi clearly didn't want to work on my crown.

Dentist made the wrong diagnose instead of asking me what happened in my mouth. The night guard was so bad that I had to returned it. I had to go back to my old dentist, who is over two hours away, to get it done right! Service by personnel was so deficient as it was difficult to understand. They could not do night guard right neither my cleaning which is something so basic! They are definitely not prepared for the job. And also, they are always trying to make money out of you by selling you the different treatments that are not needed! The worst dentist that I have ever had!

The best dentist I’ve been to! The staff are all really friendly and the office was clean and in a neat area with free parking. Dr.Lena was amazing with patient education and thorough with her exam. She took time to show me how to correctly floss and brush and explained what the x-rays meant. Thanks team!

This place has been amazing! Every visit the staff have been friendly and efficient. I’ve even had a deep cleaning done with zero pain or discomfort. Dr. Nica, specifically, has be a rockstar with her chair side manner and work. She is friendly and answers all of my questions, but she gets in your mouth and gets out before that horrible dentist open mouth jaw pain sets in. I cannot recommend her enough. The staff have also refunded me money if insurance covered more than they expected and I’ve never been pushed to spend more. Go see Dr. Nica!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! Dr. Lena was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that I had never heard from a dentist before. She addressed all of my concerns and made sure I understood my treatment options. The entire office staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and positive atmosphere. I left feeling confident about my dental care and really appreciated the level of attention I received. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Lena to anyone looking for a caring, professional team!
