One thing about this dental office you gonna wait at least an hour every single time no matter what time your apt is! Then they have the nerve to ask you to come In early and still wait! Never any consideration on anyones time!

Well if you are more than 15 mins you will be turned away. So make sure your on time because there will be a minimal of 5 people with the same time slot and you will definitely still be waiting to be pulled back. My apt was at 10 and here it is 10:30 and I still haven’t been pulled back. I estimate it’s always about an hour wait to be pulled back for your apt. Will update on todays pull back time. I should have documented every apt. (10:38)

I’m not happy with the experience at this location. My daughter got braces from here they took them off to early as the process was rushed to remove them . I’m a parent that had braces so I expected a great results . Her teeth are not straight at all especially for paying over 4,000 dollars out of pocket! I called to complain and they disregarded anything I had to say and blamed it on her not wearing her retainers which she did as she was told ! I do not recommend this location ! My daughter is getting braces again elsewhere thankfully!

So my appointment was at 2pm it’s 3:38 n still taking walk ins over appointments! Very very unprofessional especially if you are taking off work or just in general! The dentist is professional and smart altho the waiting is very very unprofessional , as well as frustrating! They need to resolve this issue or it’s just a wait of time! I believed over scheduling a Dr office of any kind is bad business! altho it’s 💯 better than Western Dental 🦷
