My experience with this dental office was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a professional medical practice. I submitted an online appointment request with a detailed description of the reason for my visit. During the follow-up call, the administrator had not reviewed my submission and asked colleagues whether any description was even attached. This indicates a lack of organization and insufficient preparation prior to patient appointments. No confirmation of my appointment was provided. During my visit, it became clear that there is no structured internal coordination or well-established administrative processes. The level of customer service does not align with what one would expect from a professional dental clinic. Instead of thoroughly discussing appropriate treatment options, the primary focus shifted toward expensive procedures. It created the impression that priority was given to high-cost treatment plans rather than exploring medically appropriate solutions. You should also be aware that one of the doctors speaks both Russian and English. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was highly disappointing. Her communication style came across as dismissive and condescending, which made the consultation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. A patient should feel respected, heard, and taken seriously during a medical consultation. In this case, I did not experience that level of professionalism. For this reason, I cannot recommend this doctor, as the experience left me deeply dissatisfied. I was strongly encouraged to apply for interest-free financing. The consultation emphasized aesthetic results and the possibility of creating “any type of teeth,” while the discussion centered more on appearance and payment options than on clinical necessity and long-term dental health. A medical consultation should begin with proper diagnostics, evaluation, and discussion of treatment options — not with financing plans. I hope the management will reconsider its administrative processes, service standards, and overall priorities in patient care. This has been the worst dental experience I’ve had in South Florida. I strongly do not recommend this clinic.

I came for a cleaning — the cleaning itself was good, but everything else was terrible. They kept running around looking for instruments, seemed completely unorganized, and didn’t even have proper tools ready. They convinced me to get fillings for $300 each “with a discount,” . The filling was done poorly — a piece of it broke off the same evening.

I had 6 crowns done at this dental clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team is incredibly caring, kind, and attentive. They never rush or try to do things “just to get it done” — everything is done very carefully and thoughtfully. I felt truly cared for throughout the entire process and I’m very satisfied with the result. If I ever need further dental treatment, I will definitely return to this clinic. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jennifer was fantastic. She didn’t just tell me something about my dental health, she told me, showed me on the Xray’s, and drew pictures. As a healthcare provider myself, I appreciate the multi-modal approach to patient education. She was also very communicative and showed me with a mirror the issues she found. While it’s true the prices for any procedures are on the expensive side, per many other reviewers, the team provided me with the information and I made my own decision whether or not to continue. I personally did not feel pressured and after reviewing prices for similar procedures in the area, their prices are about average for paying out of pocket. Another note, I have a severe latex allergy and the clinic was not prepared for that as most of their team wear latex gloves. However, my tech was fantastic and had the team looking everywhere until they found the latex free ones. It did not delay my care and I really appreciate the extra effort to make sure the dentist and team members all wore latex free while providing care. Thank you Dr Jennifer and team for a wonderful dental experience.
