First visit at Image Dental and I was genuinely impressed. They send friendly appointment reminders (huge plus), and the office is spotless with a modern, welcoming vibe. The young lady who took my X-rays and did my cleaning was patient, kind, and very gentle, explaining everything along the way — which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.
The dentist was knowledgeable and straightforward, and for once I didn’t feel like I was being sold procedures I didn’t need. That alone sets this place apart. At a previous dentist on Morada Ln, I overheard staff trying to sell Invisalign to a man who was clearly in his eighties — so yeah, the contrast was obvious.
If you’re looking for an honest, professional dental office that treats you like a person instead of a sales target, this is the place. Highly recommend.

First time at this office and I’m just so grateful. I needed the soonest appointment to take care of a root canal and Yolanda was super helpful and prompt in assisting me with getting that scheduled. Angelica at front office was nice and welcoming, they took me back after checking in right away. Dr Chang and her assistant is AMAZING! She was so sweet and I was so comfortable during the procedure that I even caught myself snoozing off, during a whole root canal procedure lol, that just goes to show how easy the whole experience went for me. Overall I’m just appreciative of the care that was given and definitely would recommend this office for your dental needs

I have been with Image Dental for years now, and the experience has been amazing. It's not just the work that they do, but the way that they make each person feel important, valuable, and supported.
Today I had some work done that required numbing shots in multiple places. Dr. Grae was great. He made me feel comfortable and calm. I did not even feel the shots! PLUS, he's a good singer and serenades his patients as he works.
Dr. Grae and Mandi made the experience fun rather than stressful. They explained every step in advance so I never sat wondering what would come next, and at the end of the procedure, they both took extra time to make sure that everything felt right. Mandi stayed behind to answer my questions and give me advice --and this is the experience I have had every single time I have been in.
The front office staff remember my name at the door, I've never run into any issues with scheduling or procedures, they are able to text you if you are like me and hate phone calls, and I have so much trust in the team. I definitely recommend Image Dental.

Dr. Nozaki and Robin is amazing! They both make you feel at ease and are really patient and understanding. I don’t feel rushed and I feel they really care. Robin is such a sweet hygienist! I enjoyed her company as well as her expertise and advice. I’ll be doing the rest of my treatments here and I hope I can see them all the time at each appointments!! I highly recommend them and team Image Dental!!

The staff is always very professional and willing to help you improve your dental hygiene by modeling proper flossing and cleaning. Front desk staff is flexible with working with you on your availability when needing to reschedule an appointment.

About Image Dental
Image Dental is a family, cosmetic, and implant dentistry office located at 3453 Brookside Road, Suite A, in the Brookside area of Stockton, California, serving patients and families across the Central Valley. Unlike most single-doctor offices, the practice has six doctors on staff, including an oral surgeon, an endodontist, and a dental anesthesiologist, so implants, root canals, cosmetic work, and sedation can all be handled under one roof without referrals to other offices. Dental implant services include single tooth implants, All-On-4 full arch implants, and implant-supported overdentures, along with related surgical care such as tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, and sinus lifts. The practice states that Dr. Nozaki is fellowship-trained in implant dentistry and plans every implant case with 3D CT imaging, and that treatment from placement to final crown happens in the Stockton office.
Beyond implants, Image Dental offers restorative care such as fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays, and dentures, plus cosmetic options including teeth whitening, veneers, bonding, and Invisalign. Preventive visits cover exams, cleanings, fluoride, and oral cancer screenings, and gum care includes LANAP laser treatment for gum disease, the Pinhole Surgical Technique for gum recession, crown lengthening, scaling and root planing, and pocket irrigation. Meet the Doctors
Image Dental is owned and led by Dr. Stephen Nozaki, DDS, MPH, DIDIA, who earned his degrees from California State University, San Bernardino and Loma Linda University and completed fellowship training in implant dentistry. He is joined by associate dentists Dr. Kenneth Grae McKelvie, DDS, known to patients as Dr. Grae, a Loma Linda University graduate, and Dr. Benjamin Radlein, DDS, who trained at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. The specialist team includes Dr. Paul Williams, DDS, a maxillofacial oral surgeon who completed advanced training in oral surgery and trauma reconstruction at Harbor-UCLA and King-Drew Medical Center and joined the practice in 2012; Dr. J. C. Chang, DDS, MS, an endodontist who completed her dental education with honors at the University of Illinois at Chicago and advanced training in endodontics; and Dr. Patricia Ramos, DDS, MS, a dental anesthesiologist and Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
