The staff and providers here are amazing. Very friendly and efficient. I don’t need to be calling them for reminders for meds or anything like that. I have only seen Dr. Ponsford, but he has been amazing. He is very thorough and makes sure things are done right the first time. Dr. Ponsford is friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I am so glad I chose this dental clinic for my implant.

As far as initial consultations go, This office in Boerne Texas gave me one of the best, most friendy and professional visits I have ever experienced. I look forward to the plan that they have discussed with me. I feel I will be in very capable hands.

A very pleasant and informative experience. You can tell from the moment you walk in that you're in a caring dental office. Professional in every respect. From the front desk to the consultation room everything was top notch. Dr Dacy took the time to explain my treatment options and answered my questions. As a retired dentist I am very picky and selective about who I see as a patient. My general dentist, Dr Mackie, referred me and I am grateful for his excellent recommendation.

Friendly and highly competent staff. However, the dental plan I was given was to “tighten” a lower implant denture. The plan was extremely overpriced for the services they were offering. I took the time to take their plan and shop it with other oral surgeons in and out of the area that specialize in dental implants. Their costs were $500 over all other Dentists for the same work. I understand that this is a specialty but to charge $1400 to clean and tighten two screws seems unreasonable and excessive. Shop when looking for implants and get references. UPDATE. This dental office is responsive, the oral surgeon called me himself and was very concerned what he could do to make me happy. It was very simple conversation that resulted in me coming away with what I feel is a better value for dollars spent. I very grateful for his professionalism and courtesy. I’ll be keeping my appointment with him. This is a great example of where reasonable people can reach reasonable expectations when respect, truth and honest come forward to resolve problems. Well done Dr. Well done.

I had full mouth dental implants. This office is the best in every way. Met my requests and treated me so nice. Lori is an angel and Dr. Dacy is so kind and definitely knows what he’s doing. This office is very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend on every level!
