Fantastic experience of something I really didn’t want to do. One cracked tooth, with (of course) the crack running vertically, and I elected to go with the option of a tooth extraction and an implant.
Dr Dacy saw me within an hour of my dentist reaching out, and he reviewed all my options. I explained I am pain averse and I am still amazed at how little pain I experienced during the extraction and during recovery.
Additionally, he communicated the entire time of the procedure, explaining what he was doing and where we were in the process. He and his assistant worked together seamlessly, and the entire thing was over in less than an hour.
Finally, he called me at home that evening, checking to make sure all was well.
In a time when finding excellence can be challenging, Dr Dacy and his team showcased excellence in all the best ways.

Dr. Dacy and his staff are incredible. The office staff is very efficient and customer service oriented. Dr.Dacy and his dental staff are very professional more then willing to explain the procedure and always check on you a few hours after the procedure. I definitely had a great experience.

I love the office staff! In today’s world where so many times the physician is good, but the front office staff is horrible, it was such a delight to be met with smiles, and when Dr. Dacy was running a little behind, actually being called to let me know. I had another doctors appointment after my appointment with Dr. Dacy, Everyone was aware of my next appointment and very accommodating to make sure that I made my next appointment.
I had an implant done And I have absolutely had no pain at all. I’m a patient that needs to know what’s happening and I appreciate the fact that when I asked questions Dr. Dacy explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this office.

Very welcoming staff. Dr. Ponsford had a very calming presence during my implant. They are very thorough and I was playing golf the next day. Very few side affects and minimal pain. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr Ponsford and his staff. They were very professional and kind. Dr Ponsford explained the procedure needed and was very thorough in his explanation. It was my first experience with this practice and it was positive in every way.
