After a decade long battle with treatment resistant depression, my neglected smile was all that truly prevented me from getting my confidence back to live a fulfilling life. While my previous dentist provided excellent care, they had grown beyond their original family feel. It wasn’t the quality or care experience I wanted. I am a firm believer that strong women provide superior care and empathy in their patient bedside manner. Dr. Yarborough and her team were beyond helpful in financial planning, treatment plans, and just being true friends and family. This team is also efficient, if they find additional areas for specialist treatment or restoration; they make sure to make every effort to complete it during the current visit rather than immediately scheduling for a later date. Peak Dental and Implant Studio are a breath of fresh air in an often “corporate healthcare” landscape. They take the time to understand you and any factors that are hurdles in your treatment. If you want to be “Seen & Heard” for the smile you should have, these ladies are the bees knees 🐝!

My teeth have allows been problematic, because of this I have had several dentist who have had differing opinions as to manage my care. My dental care recently advanced to a more specialized need. Peak Dental, Gretchen Yarborough, was the perfect fit for what I needed. Her and her staff are so welcoming. I immediately felt at home. During my dental procedure I experienced an unforeseen medical emergency. Dr Yarborough and her staff took excellant care of me while waiting for the EMS. Dr Yarborough is truly an expert in her field. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend her practice to anyone seeking a dentist. Peggy Foister

Please do not go here for your dental implants, they do not have their own lab and my temporary broke. It took four days for her to call me back just to tell me there was nothing she could do so I had to walk around missing three teeth on the top of my mouth it was also jagged and cut my tongue all up, once they get that $24,000 and yes, that is what it cost just to do the upper teeth, after they get that you were a second class citizen I am filing a complaint with the dentistry board in South Carolina, and I also am disputing the credit card charges that we’re supposed to be all inclusive with my bank… Very very bad service for $24,000!!!!

I orignally came to Dr. Yarborough for a bridge replacement. She did a very good job with that. However, I have always had missing teeth and dental problems since childhood and still had those issues after many dentist visits in the past. We discussed implants for my bottom teeth to replace old non functional and not attractive bridges and partials. I was very pleased with the Hybridge implants. They gave me a much better bite for eating. They also looked great and gave me the confidence to smile again. I now have pictures of a full nice smile instead of a half smile or no smile at all. Now after 6 years I'm still pleased with the implants. In fact, I am having an upper tooth implant put in soon to replace a bad tooth. The whole Implant Smile Studio staff was very easy to communicate and work with. They have the latest technology, equipment, and procedures and well trained staff. I didn't have near the pain I had with previous dentist visits. I woud recommend Dr Yarborough and her staff for Implants and any other dental issues or needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Yarborough and her knowledgeable and compassionate team. They will work with you to ensure the road to a better smile is smooth sailing. For me, they helped quell my anxiety over the procedure and post-op care. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Dr.Yarborough and her amazing team.
