If you’ve been putting off dental implants because of fear, cost, or uncertainty, I get it. But seriously, look no further. Implants 4 Life is hands-down one of the best choices you can make for your smile, your health, and your confidence. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, respected, and truly cared for. The entire team is not only professional and experienced, but also incredibly kind and down-to-earth. They take the time to walk you through every step, from consultations and scans to surgery and final restorations, so you’re never left guessing. They genuinely work with you to make sure you get the care you need in a way that works for you. Whether you need a single implant, a full-mouth restoration, or an All-on-X procedure, the results speak for themselves. The doctors are precise and detail-oriented, and the technology they use, like 3D scans and guided surgery, makes the entire process faster, safer, and smoother. What really makes this office stand out is how personal everything feels. You’re not just another patient. They treat you like family. They listen, they explain, and they actually care. You’re never rushed, and every question is answered clearly and honestly. If you’re looking for a team that combines skill, compassion, and real results, I highly recommend Implants 4 Life. You won’t just leave with a better smile. You’ll leave feeling more confident and more like yourself again. I say this from personal experience. Thank you to the entire team at Implants 4 Life. You’ve truly made a difference in my life.

I visited the Chino office for complimentary dental implant consultation. I met with Ana who took my information and helped me with the preliminary questionnaires and financing options/questions. Then I met with Shelby who took my CT scan and explained in detail the implant procedure. Finally, I met with Dr. E who reviewed my scan and reassured me that my case is simple despite being previously treated with osteoporosis. I have visited 2 other dental implant centers, but I felt comfortable with this team and location. I find this team very knowledgeable and professional. The cost is very competitive compared to other quotes I received. I look forward to getting the dental implant from this office led by Dr. E. I would like to update my review and share my experience with Dr E’s team. One month after my initial consultation with Dr. E, I had the dental implant surgery on my upper teeth. Prior to the surgery, I was given detailed instructions on how to prepare for surgery and what to expect after surgery. I was given a list of medications that I will need before and after surgery. I came in at 8:00 am for surgery and left the office at 12:30 PM with my temporary dentures attached to the implant. Basically, I was sedated/slept and woke up with new upper teeth. I didn’t feel anything during surgery. When I got home, my daughter informed me that the office game me a blanket to keep me warm during and after surgery. They advised us to expect some swelling for about 3 days so they gave a face ice pack to use for the swelling. They also said that there might be some bruising so they gave a tube of Arnicare bruise gel. I was so impressed that this office thought of everything to keep their patients comfortable. One week later, Dr. E checked the condition of the implant and made minor adjustments to the denture attached to the implant. During this visit, they gave me an implant water flosser and taught me how to floss the implant properly. About 7 weeks later, I got a new temporary denture attached to the implant. It was explained to me that it takes a few weeks for the gums and implant to heal. By then, the old temporary denture that was attached right after the implant may not fit properly anymore. Thus, the 2nd temporary was made to be more fitting before the permanent is made. Basically, I must be very happy with the temporary before they make the permanent denture. In less than 3 months after implant, I got my permanent denture attached to the implant. The permanent denture feels like real teeth and I am very happy with it. The difference with Implants 4 Life than the other dental implant offices that I have consulted with is that you will actually meet with the expert dentist/surgeon who will do your implant. Dr. E is my expert dentist/surgeon whom I saw during my consultation and diagnosed that I am eligible for the implant. His staff does not merely say that they are experienced but actually show it every time I visit his office in Chino. Words are not enough to express my appreciation with Dr. E and staff. I highly recommend Implants 4 Life if you are considering dental implant.
