I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chandra. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Chandra took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and delivered outstanding care. I truly felt listened to and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a skilled, attentive, and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Chandra. Thank you again for such a great experience!

I started going to Island Cosmetic and Family Dentistry earlier this year, and every visit has been a great experience. From extractions to cleanings, the care has always been thorough and compassionate. At my most recent visit, I had a temporary crown placed and another tooth filled. I haven’t been able to smile in a long time because of how unhappy I was with my teeth, but since leaving the office, I haven’t stopped smiling. The difference that just a cleaning and those two procedures made is truly incredible. I still have a long way to go in my dental journey, but I am so very thankful to Dr. Naidu and the entire staff. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and most importantly, I never once felt judged. That alone means more than I can put into words. I would absolutely recommend Island Cosmetic and Family Dentistry to anyone needing dental care. Thank you so very much!!!! Edit: To add about my most recent appointment today. I came in to have my permanent crown seated. Unfortunately I was unhappy with how it looked. I was able to explain what I wanted to change about it and they were more than happy to send it back to the lab and have it made again. Dr. Naidu and the rest of the staff have once again put my mind at ease and gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my dental care. ❤️

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is an absolute joke of a dental office. The lobby is dingy, the furniture is falling apart, and the entire office feels dirty and disorganized from the second you walk in. I came in for a repair on a cracked tooth and was first placed in a room where dental equipment was literally scattered all over the counters — not organized, not sanitary-looking, and definitely not professional. The dentist chair had massive tears in it and the trash can was overflowing. I was honestly shocked. Without me even saying anything, they moved me to a different room… which somehow was worse. There was a large dead cockroach sitting in the corner that looked like it had been there for quite a while. At that point I genuinely questioned how this office is even operating. The dentists themselves communicate poorly, rush through everything, and come across as extremely unprofessional. But the worst part of this entire experience has been the Invisalign process. DO NOT get Invisalign here. the entire experience has been a nightmare. They took my money and then completely disappeared. I’ve called the office multiple times, contacted customer service, left voicemails, sent emails — nothing. No returned calls, no updates, no communication whatsoever about my treatment plan. I’m now having to dispute the charges with my bank because nobody will respond to me. I should have trusted my gut feeling from the beginning. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the potential health concerns and go to an actual established dental office. This place genuinely feels shady, and I would not be surprised if half of it was fraudulent.

Just had my first appointment, which was just a cleaning and bite wings. I was VERY impressed with the facility and staff. They shared some eye opening information about my teeth using technology that had never been done prior to this visit. I'm very pleased I chose this office.

Office staff is courteous and friendly. Scheduling is easy and I like the reminder phone calls and texts. I absolutely love Dental Hygienist April. She is thorough, gentle and knowledgeable. She is sweet and has a great chair side manner. I’ve seen both dentists, I have no preference. I’ve had a filling replaced that was cracked. No issues and no hassles. I feel the dental care I receive is very good. My only complaint, the waiting room has been the same for the past 13 years and the seats are too smushy.
