Implants Pro Center is not only a place that provides exceptional dental care, but they also take care of people as if you were part of their family. Their staff is outstanding and delivers the best quality in all aspects, from assistants (like Joana) and receptionists, laboratory technicians, financial assistant (Mina- Whom I love so much). Dr. Ali is extremely professional; I dare say he is one of the best Doctor I have ever met.
I was kept informed about my entire treatment plan all times, with everything explain in detail. The pricing is fair and transparent, and they provided me with assistant for everything.; additionally, they offered me different options for my treatment in terms of both finance and material quality.
I am glad that I discovered Implants Pro Center, Thay gave me back the light at the end of the tunnel and also a beautiful smile. I highly recommend Implants Pro Center, I really love it. Don’t waste your time-it is worth it. They are going to help you with everything.

Dr. Ali and his staff deserve a five out of five. I received the kind of courteous treatment and attention to detail that you only receive at a fine establishment.
The visit was streamlined and effortless.
The presentation, the service, and attention to detail were great.- When I forgot my ISAIA sports jacket, he reached out and advised.
Additionally, I received recommendations on flossing techniques that I’ve now implemented. The gentleman who did my hygiene was very knowledgeable and I made some great recommendations based on my needs.

I had an implant and bone graft for my front tooth (#8) at Implants Pro Center with Dr. Mohamed Ali. My consultation and estimate were on 03/11/2025 for $6,083. I paid a $2,000 deposit that day and the remaining balance on the surgery date, 04/28/2025.
From the start, I explained that my final crown would be done by my cosmetic dentist, who had previously treated both front teeth (#8 and #9). Dr. Ali and I agreed he would complete the implant and provide the final evaluation and written clearance so I could proceed with the crown.
The surgery and healing went well. On 06/04/2025, I contacted the office to coordinate the final report and was told it would not be a problem. I was informed that a digital CT scan would only be charged if requested, around $200, which I agreed to.
On 08/12/2025 (my final visit), I was told for the first time that a CT scan was required and would cost $500. My cosmetic dentist confirmed he only needed a written report. I declined the scan, as it should have been part of the procedure as agreed. Dr. Ali examined my tooth and gums and said the fee had to be charged “either at the front or the end” to run the business and pay staff.
On 08/19/2025, I noticed a $252 CT scan charge submitted to insurance with no date of service. I emailed the office questioning the charge and requesting the report. I never received an answer about the charge, and the report did not include the implant product name or specifications. My cosmetic dentist had to contact Dr. Ali’s office and the manufacturer directly to obtain the necessary information. This delayed my crown placement by two months, completed in October.
My main concern is this type of bait-and-switch practice. Dr. Ali is a skilled implant dentist, but patients should be aware that unless every step—including fees, requirements, and reports—is clearly documented in writing, unexpected charges or delays can occur. I am writing this review so future patients can make informed decisions.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ali for half my life, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. He and his stay l actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and professional — easily the best dental office in the Bay Area!

I had an extremely frustrating and alarming experience on 12/02/2025 for a simple routine Exam and Cleaning (covered by my Cigna insurance).
High Quote and Pre-Payment: I was quoted approximately $525 for a routine cleaning/exam and was required to pay $55 upfront (my portion) to begin the service.
Rushed Service Denied: After performing the exam and X-rays (and using my insurance coverage), the dentist refused to perform the routine cleaning I paid for. I felt the clinic does not allocate enough time for patients, and the doctor’s excuse was that he "did not have enough time" to do the cleaning and I must be rescheduled.
Financial Exploitation: When I tried to book another appointment to complete the paid cleaning, the staff refused to book me this year. The very next day, the clinic called me, aggressively pushing for a much more expensive "Deep Cleaning" procedure. They confirmed this would cost me an additional $400 - $500 out-of-pocket, while consuming all my remaining 2000 $ Cigna benefits.
This confirms that their refusal of the basic cleaning was a clear attempt to avoid rendering a simple, paid service and pressure me into a much higher-cost procedure. My feeling is that their priority is money and not patient care or sufficient time allocation. Be extremely careful if you are a Cigna member.

About Implants Pro Center San Francisco
Implants Pro Center is a dental implant practice at 450 Sutter Street in the heart of San Francisco, near Union Square and the Financial District. The practice is led by its founder, Dr. Mohamed Ali, and its work centers on dental implant treatment, including dental implant surgery, full mouth dental implants, and both fixed and removable implant-supported teeth. It also runs its own fully digital dental laboratory, where in-house technicians make temporary and final restorations, and the practice says it offers same-day delivery of new teeth along with a five-year warranty on treatments and ongoing long-term dental support. The website also covers the cost of dental implant treatment and financing and insurance options.
