Unfortunately I do have to agree with the other low reviews.
I will never return. Was not given adequate time with the Dr. The staff was not helpful in any way. Much more common in today's world- doctor's/practices are more focused on gaining revenue and forget how to put the patient 1st. With the cost of any Healthcare (and this includes health insurance), providers 'should' be more helpful and willing to go that extra 'inch' to help the patients. I did not receive any valuable help, only a large bill and a very quick response with lack of personal comfort or care.

My experience with this periodontist’s office was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt talked down to rather than listened to. Questions were often met with condescending responses, and I left appointments feeling like my concerns were being dismissed instead of addressed.
What stood out most was the overall atmosphere. The practice felt far more focused on maximizing revenue than on providing patient-centered care. Recommendations and conversations often felt transactional, and I never got the sense that my individual situation or comfort level was a priority.
Dental and periodontal treatment can be stressful enough without feeling pressured or belittled. Patients deserve respect, clear explanations, and genuine care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would not recommend this office to others looking for a provider who values communication and patient relationships. Very hurtful in the way I was treated by every member of the staff especially at the front desk, will not return here and if you are an Indiana resident: do not give these people your money

I was diagnosed with pre-cancerous leukoplakia 1 year ago by a different practice and was rudely dismissed and told to come back in a year. The year went by and I did a google search, found Indy East and based on reviews decided to try them. Professional, courteous, great communication throughout the whole practice. I am so happy I found this place.

Dr. Lane and the entire staff are amazing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They even helped me with the financial paperwork and setting me up with a payment plan that I can afford. What I was dreading turned out to be a very positive experience. Thank You Dr. Lane and staff. Jeff Wright

Dr. Glendale Lim is AMAZING!! I was very nervous and scared of any pain.Dr. Glendale Lim walked me threw the whole cleaning. Her word of encouragement and "Wiggle your toes" method worked wonders for me. Best experience ever at a dentist office very gentle and the staff was all great very helpful with payments also..... shout out to the dental assistants as well. You guys are the best!!! Highly recommended!!!!!
I promise you will love this office they real care!!!
