I first went to Infinity Dental with a need of molar extraction, right, lower molar. Before my first appointment here I was seen in Huntsville, AR, Boston Mountain Dental who took x rays a year before in 7/12/11, and the dental assistant who made those x rays hid the roots to that molar out of camera. She knew something was starting in the root and hid it. I asked to speak to Dr. on overviewing my x ray, she denied me.
Then following I got an infection in that old root canal and went to Infinity Dental. Boston Mountain refused to send x rays to them they ignored every attempt.
So Infinity Dental took x ray to remove the modular.
After a few more appointments with Infinity Dental having a new history of x rays and exams, cleanings. On year 2023, I came in for cleaning and was bullied by dental assistant wanting to know about all my Disability information and if I didn’t answer her she took a snap tone with me like a mother to a child while my mouth was wide open. I stopped her by telling her I have an old neck injury that’s been seen by 3 neurologist. She barely tapped my teeth with the cleaning bit and completely skipped over my crowns and caps. Then the Dr. looked at my teeth he took a instrument and looked it in my last modular gold crown and told me it has a hole in it as I felt the pressure of his hand pushing down on it. I have pictures of that gold crown before any hole was observed close to appointment date. I hardly chew on my right side because of extracted lower molar.
About a year and a half went by and that gold crown fell out. I called Infinity Dental to have a replacement appointment, it was weeks to wait. Then several weeks later the desk woman called me to tell be she was canceling my appointment and felt I needed a cleaning appointment on a different date first. I told her the crown is more important than a cleaning right now I can do that after. She refused me, and became aggressive in badgering me with false accusation against me of not coming in for 4 years. I told her that’s not true I was in early 2022 had cleaning done, in was July 2023 on the phone with her only a year ago (she wasn’t working the last time I came in).
I then drove to the Fayetteville, AR, office of Infinity Dental Office to request my records. I walked in and saw desk woman I spoke with on phone and another employee. I surprised her by showing up and told her to her face you lied and accused me of not coming in for 4 years to deny my gold crown replacement! to see me there. Ther immediately took defensive in front of her associate to hide, yelling at me to get out of the office or she’d call police. I told her I have a right to my records. She said get out and she’d get them she wanted to hide me. I then went outside and called police. A police officer stayed with me as I waited for copies of my records. Once the associate came outside with them I looked them over in front of the police and his body cam. I saw none of them had dates and none of them said anything about a hole in my gold crown.
I then went to a new dental office and Infinity Dental Office told my next dentist place a bunch of falsehoods in defamation to destroy my relationship with them in malicious falsehoods of I don’t know what? But Dr. DMC Dental, Dr., wife who works there has had to be confronted by me because of their billing person isn’t submitting the cost of a procedure inside of claim to insurance company as $0 dollar amount, getting a response of $0 paid. I’m now being verbally attacked ongoing at the new dentist office because of things told to them by Infinity Dental employees, they’re slandering me and causing me grief.

Everyone is very nice and professional. I've been going to them for my dental care for almost 2 years now. I highly recommend their services.
UPDATE:
I am no longer a patient there. The reason is they are good for simple things like teeth cleaning but not so much for anything else.
To color in some details after having a good experience for a couple of years, I recommended my whole family to them. That is when the issues started. One incident was when my wife's retainers broke. The retainers were given to her after getting her teeth straightened at another dentist. Her previous dentist didn't have the records of her measurement. Infinity dental tried to measure her and make new ones. The ones they gave her were made of flimsy plastic that broke after about a couple of weeks. We went back to get new ones which were made of the same material and also broke. Not only that but the measurements were wrong. Her teeth ended up shifting because of it. Another incident was when my mother went to see them because she experienced pain in one of her tooth. They numbed her mouth with a needle then left her to work on something. When they came back, the anesthesia had worn out. They had to needle her again to apply the anesthesia. My mother has dentist anxiety and after her experience with them it's gotten worse.

I found my first visit to be very pleasant. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuine in their desire to provide high quality dentistry in a caring environment. They were able to treat me in such a way that assured me my experience was important to them. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had during a dental appointment.

My husband and I have patients of Dr. Box since moving to Arkansas 6 years ago. My parents were his patients as well.
Dr.Box, Dr. Waselues, and their staff are consummate professionals; guiding their patients toward healthy oral hygiene choices through listening, suggesting options, and fully partnering with their patients. We have complete confidence in this practice and highly recommend this office to all.
