Easy scheduling, saw us in a timely manner. Staff and doctor are easy to talk to and compassionate. My husband and I each had a molar extraction that was painless with oral sedation, gas and blocks. Take home instructions were clear and thorough. A prescription of a couple of days of narcotics was appreciated for breakthrough pain. We are very pleased with this practice

This clinic was so professional and they greeted us as soon as we walked in. The procedure was fast and they took very good care of my grandson while they did his procedure. The nurse and dentist both asked me if I needed any thing to call and explained the post care. The dentist even stopped to say he did great and if we needed anything or have any issues call them. Very good care here.

I absolutely love in the oral surgery South Hill, Dr Barid is my doctrine and he is so nice and respectful. We need them for any emergency he's always pretty good at getting even as soon as you possibly can he's never rude never disrespectful always very helpful and always explains things to the fullest so I will definitely recommend to anybody and of course anytime I need them for any kind of oral surgery, I will definitely return back; thank you for everything inland!

Came to the office with a complex extraction and tight time line to get it handled. Everyone from my initial phone call to my initial consultation today to my scheduling to find me some pain relief and peace of mind. Everything went smooth as can be. Im actually looking forward to the Doctors actually extracting my tooth.

Was referred to for oral surgery never experienced this before. At the date of consultation getting (three teeth removed and 2 bone grafts). I was given three options by dr. Gailey, he seem very nice and wanting to help. I was very appreciative. He gave me 3 options and I picked bone Graft and tooth implant, because that was overall the best choice in terms of longevity and overall care suggested by Dr Gailey. (ALSO HIGHEST COST) After going over , surgery and the different time frames and how the healing process and implant process would take place , I was sent to the financial side of the business for quotes and billing. I asked what its going to cost for this whole process and if I could make payments or what their process is. I was told I would have to pay upfront day of surgery. This operation was alot for me and had to take out a financial loan and was trying to do the best for myself in terms of health. Come day of scheduled operation after taking medicine given for operation and making payment, I asked for a itemized receipt for the sugery. Then was notified by assistant that the rest of the implant process will be additional cost not disclosed in consultation. I was very disappointed and front desk assistant said I could leave if I wasn't happy after paying and taking their medication for surgery.... I had to take week of of work for this operation not to mention the work in getting the loan to make sure i could afford what was disclosed/discussed in consultation I was disappointed to say the least horrible experience. I believe the doctors and medical side of thd business is capable of good work but this is very poor business. At time of post operation check up Dr dimond looked at my mouth and I had told him about this issue with the dental practice I could tell he was disappointed to hear my story but nothing was done about it and was just told to have a nice day . Nothing personal but I was very disappointed at how this was handled I will be taking it to the better business bureau. I have every piece of paper your team has provided and can show whoever may concern my issue iv called 4 times left voice mails about getting more documentation than your team has provided and still no call back. Not to mention when having oral issues after surgery, i was told to contact the emergency number no one was avaliable or called back. Very disappointed you should reevaluate your team and the way you conduct business.
