I recently visited Innovative Dental Specialists in McKinney for the second time to have a wisdom tooth extracted, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The entire front desk team is welcoming and professional—you can truly feel the family-oriented environment throughout the office. It makes such a difference, especially when you’re already feeling nervous. I was very anxious both visits (even more the second time because I was in a lot of pain), but Dr. Wilner Loiseau immediately put me at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail. What really stood out to me was how he guided me through the procedure step-by-step, letting me know exactly what he was doing. That level of communication made me feel comfortable and reassured. The extraction itself went by quickly and smoothly. Although I’m still recovering, I already feel much better than I did the day before the procedure. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients and about each other. The professionalism, the closeness of the staff, and the way Dr. Loiseau leads his team all speak volumes. I highly recommend Innovative Dental Specialists in McKinney. Dr. Wilner Loiseau and his entire team are exceptional.

I went in for a consultation for all on 4 upper and lower implants. I spoke with Dr. Louseau. He was very thorough in every aspect of the procedure and what to expect. He also gave me other options to consider. They gave me a print out describing the prices of each option that I was given. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and professional. If I choose to have thus done I would definitely go back to them.

I had a wonderful experience with my service here. Just recently had a wisdom tooth extraction with added bone graft. I’ve never had any procedures like that before the doctor and Steph were so kind and caring answered all of my questions, and the overall experience was the best it could be. They did a great job!

I’m blown away at the professionalism and honesty of this practice. This was my 3rd periodontal consult as the previous 2 had told me that I needed 12 teeth to be gum grafted and the cost was going to be $10,000. Although I wanted to trust these professionals, Something told me to seek out one more. Dr. Wilner said I didn’t need any teeth gum grafted. He was professional in how he handled the other 2 practices treatment recommendations. When and if I ever do need periodontal services, I will be going back to this place.

Very knowledgeable Quick appointment for the next day without any difficulty. Dr. Loiseau knew exactly what was needed and proceeded to fix the loose implant crown within 20 minutes. It’s a little sad it took 3 months to find him and I hade to drive from Dallas to McKinney, but it was well worth the effort and cost to get a solution. Everything about the appoint was great and satisfying. Thanks again.
