If there was an option for a zero star that’s what I’d give. It was a horrible experience compared to my first procedure with Dr. Livesay. Let’s just say it’s gone down hill. It seems like there is More interest in getting as many patients seen rather than being concerned about patient care. I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent wisdom teeth removal procedure. Despite clearly communicating to the front desk personnel and the young lady prepping me for surgery that I wish to keep my teeth for stem cell preservation, they were discarded into a bin with rest of the teeth, with no way to know which ones were mine. All I got was a sorry that didn’t feel very sincere. Also the lack of post-op communication and follow-up care was also very concerning. Dr. Livesay never came back to talk to me about the procedure and never called to check on me post surgery like he has in the past. Additionally, I had sharp tooth fragments emerging weeks later, suggesting that an X-ray wasn’t done after surgery to make sure that all teeth fragments were removed. I hope they can understand my frustration and take steps to improve patient care, honor patient requests and do better communicating post surgery.

Dr. Livesay was very attentive and professional in my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal. He took great care of her and personally followed up in the evening after her procedure to make sure she was doing well. His office is very communicative with pre op and post op instructions. I would definitely recommend this office and plan to use them again.

I was so nervous about having a tooth extracted but the entire office was so nice from the moment I walked in putting me at ease. The procedure itself was painless and fast which was very much appreciated on my end! I would definitely go back but hope I never ever have to lol.

I was in so much pain before I went in and had my consult and got my two teeth needed pulled the customer service. There is excellent. All the staff is super friendly and the doctor did an excellent job in his team and getting these teeth removed from me after I got a dose of the sleepy medicine I don’t remember anything after that point I was given medicine immediately after for comfort and pain and went home and rested the next day. I felt a lot better actually that evening I was glad to be relieved of my tooth pain. Crystal

The staff have the pleasant and helped me feel calm. They were worked really well together which made the process seamless. I used local, the doctor was great at making me feel calm, and really made sure I was numb enough. He was fast and they were out extremely fast. Really great experience Update: I came back a couple weeks later to Remove the wisdom teeth on my other side. Dr. Livesay took the time to take a look at the previous side and see how they were healing (which I thought was nice). He performed the other side quickly and efficiently. The bottom was a bit tricky. I did this without general, so that’s a further testament to how good he is. Also, I had a bleeding scare a few hours after the surgery. I called the hotline and dr livesay actually took time from his day (after hours) to call back and give me advice. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I felt like this was a reason to leave a good review. I definitely would recommend tongs place.
