I had a horrible experience today Jan. 16th, 2026
My daughter was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth removed. I made the appointment on November 28, 2025. I received my confirmation email last week on 1/9/26. We showed up this morning for our visit at 10:45 to be told our appointment was canceled. I did not receive a phone call or email… nothing. We then had to wait 30 minutes to be taken into the office to speak to the manager, who informed me that the “new girl” canceled the appointment and they do not know why. The doctor was too backed up at this point to see my daughter today. I took a day off of work, took my daughter out of school, informed all of her teachers that she would not be in school and received work for her to complete. The only excuse they could give me was we don’t know why the new girl canceled the appointment. She canceled my daughter’s appointment on 1/9/26 the same day I confirmed with their email she would be there. Absolutely unacceptable! I will be taking my daughter else where for her wisdom teeth removal. If you have an appointment or one scheduled I would definitely triple check that it doesn’t get canceled by the “new girl”. If anyone has been through this there was a lot of planning on our part for this procedure, all for nothing at this point. Now I will have to take another day off of work, buy all the food for my daughter again, take her out of school again, and let alone all the anxiety leading up to the procedure for my daughter. Totally unacceptable. I would not use of this facility for any type of service! Don’t waste your time! Your appointment may get canceled by the “new girl” with absolutely no explanation!
Edit to add: **Dr. Weiner personally just called to apologize about what occurred today in the office. I do appreciate that he apologized and acknowledged what occurred. He did offer to accommodate my daughter on a different day, but I have made the decision to go elsewhere.
Also received a call from Ken the director of the facility, apologizing for the mishap that happened today. I was informed that the staff was coached on what occurred today in the hopes that it will not occur in the future. I do truly appreciate the apologies, unfortunately, it doesn’t help the fact that she was not able to get her procedure today as scheduled.
Their apologies are appreciate. It was just an unfortunate day I suppose.

Referred here from my new dentist for some extensive dental surgery. Scheduling was easy and quick, completed my paperwork online, location was great and easy to find! I was hesitant and terrified (hadn’t seen a dentist in over a decade). X-ray was quick and easy (and pretty cool actually). Staff was top tier. Dr. Weiner was incredible, we talked, he was truly one of the nicest medical professionals I have ever met. He explained everything and we scheduled surgery for the first week of February. I simply couldn’t recommend this place more.

I had a great experience here! I work with the surgeon’s friend’s wife. Everyone was professional and nice. The facility was very clean. The only thing was, I did wait quite awhile but you cannot predict surgery time and can’t rush. I would probably book an earlier time in the future. The surgeon even checked up on me later that evening to make sure I had no concerns and was doing ok. I would definitely recommend this practice!

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Semanoff. He was understanding, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. I was extremely nervous — honestly, pretty petrified — about the tooth extraction since I recently had a cervical fusion and have limited neck movement. Even with all that fear, Dr. Semanoff and his assistant helped me stay calm and truly got me through the procedure. I’m so grateful for how gentle and reassuring they both were.
The office staff was very pleasant as well. I highly recommend Dr. Semanoff.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Weiner was great. He did his best to decrease my anxiety. At one point during my procedure he started singing to the music that being played in the office. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell that I never had a serenading doctor before! Actually has a nice voice, also helped to reduce my anxiety! Highly recommend!
