Very happy with my experience at Iowa Wisdom Teeth. From consultation to operation it was very clear the surgical team does a good job. I am now 10 days post op and recovery has been much better than expected! They are also very attentive to answering any questions post op -- responses have always been within 15 minutes over text.

came here to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. the nurses were great and answered all my questions, one of them even went as far as writing them down on my phone for me which was awesome of her. doctor and anesthesiologist were cool and made sure I was informed about everything prior to the procedure. 10/10 recommend these guys!

I was very anxious about having my wisdom teeth out. I felt welcomed when I walked through the door. The office is very clean and everyone was super friendly.

Everyone is super nice, explain everything from start to finish. This is my 2nd time coming to Iowa Wisdom Teeth with my children. Highly recommend for having your Wisdom teeth removed, I wouldn't go anywhere else for the kids.

About Iowa Wisdom Teeth
Iowa Wisdom Teeth, located at 2 Hawkeye Drive Suite 104 in North Liberty, is an oral surgery practice that focuses on wisdom tooth removal using IV deep sedation provided by a certified registered nurse anesthetist. The practice also performs other oral surgery services, including full mouth extractions done in preparation for dentures. The practice separates the roles of surgery and anesthesia, with the CRNA handling patient monitoring and sedation so the dentist can focus on the surgical procedure.
The practice emphasizes safety, affordability, and convenience, offering same day consultation and surgery appointments and working with dental insurance to estimate out of pocket costs. It operates multiple Iowa locations, including offices in Des Moines and Davenport in addition to North Liberty, so patients can choose the site that is most convenient for them. The practice states it does not provide general dentistry services, and its stated focus is wisdom teeth removal and related oral surgery rather than restorative or implant dentistry.
Meet the Doctors
The practice's provider is Daniel Binkowski, DDS, a general dentist who received IV sedation and advanced surgical training through the USAF AEGD-1 program and has provided IV sedation and wisdom tooth removal since 2011. He works alongside Dan Lenz, CRNA, who administers all IV anesthesia for the practice.
