Torrance IPI is so welcoming. From Dr Yamada to the front desk. They run a very professional office. I always have a positive experience when I visit . I would highly recommend this office for any dental work.

The doctor is very very knowledgeable on procedures and is very kind. The hygienists are also Very skilled and a pleasure to have do uncomfortable things at times. It helps to have their expertise in those situations. Scheduling and financing staff are also very very nice and always provide appointment cards calendars anything you may need So that you can remember when your appointments are. I highly recommend this office and staff.

The customer service is excellent from the front office to the dental provider. Dr Lo is so knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining all aspects of the procedure!

I have seen Dr. Yamada for 5+ years now and and been very happy with his treatment. He is very honest, listens very well and always gives me the best option with the reasonable price. Office stuff are all friendly. They always answer the phone, never let it go to answering machine that is very important for me. The ease of making appointments is an extra plus. The office is very organized. I never waited for more than 10 minutes!

My experience with IPI, has been very pleasant. The front office staff and the dental assistants go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. The new office gives you a feeling of tranquility when you walk in, and personally dental offices have never been like that for me. I see Dr. Yamada for treatment he’s great! He has a calm about him that makes me feel more relaxed able to get my treatment done and that’s not a thing easy to do. This is a great group of doctors, hygienist, dental assistants and a friendly front office that’s there to help you.
