This review is specifically about the front desk and phone staff — not Dr. Abraham.
The customer service at this office is absolutely unacceptable. From the beginning, there was hostility and attitude instead of professionalism. I had an issue with my insurance because they failed to send the correct billing code, and instead of fixing their mistake, they attempted to charge me as much as possible out of pocket.
They required me to pay in full upfront and told me I would be refunded once insurance processed. I had to call them repeatedly for weeks just to get updates because they seemed to ignore my concerns. After over a month of back and forth, I was refunded more than 50% of what I paid — which clearly shows my insurance covered a large portion and that I was overcharged.
To make matters worse, after everything was finally corrected, I received a letter stating they would no longer move forward with treating me in the future. Honestly, that was a favor.
The front office staff created unnecessary stress and frustration during what should have been a straightforward insurance process. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior made this a nightmare experience. I would not recommend this office.

I just got my wisdom teeth extracted from here, I highly recommend!
Dr Abraham and the team at IOMS understood that I was feeling nervous and they helped make me feel comfortable through the whole process. Dr Abraham even called me outside of office hours to check on me and helped me through the post surgery process as well.

Dr. Abraham was fantastic! He was nice and professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about my procedure and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm any nerves I had.
His staff was also very friendly and courteous, and the reception was warm and welcoming both over the phone and in person. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Abraham and his team if you are looking for excellent care and a comfortable experience!

I was referred to Dr. Andrew from my Dentist for an emergency extraction on tooth #30. It was a cracked root canal tooth that was sealed and never crowned (my fault). Dr. Andrew was quick. Numbed the area and before I knew it, the tooth was out. What I didn't know is the pain that would follow. If you can take anything away from this review, please take care of your teeth. Go to your regular cleanings, get your cavities treated, fillings-filled, root canals crowned. I CRIED for 2 hours once the numbing wore off. Thankfully Dr. Andrew perscribed me meds to take the edge off. It's important to follow all after care instructions in the healing process. I've been checking the area daily and it's healing up well. Don't be me. Please take care of your oral health. Thank god I was referred to Dr. Andrew. I hope to never have to do this again, but if I do, I'd go to see Dr. Andrew. I was comfortable in their presence. I don't think I've ever felt that level of comfort at any dentist office. Nice people all around. Thank you Dr. Andrew and staff!

Dr. Matthew is phenomenal! Highly recommend!!! I was very nervous about it. But my procedure went great. Prices were really great and the facility was so so clean!!!!!!
