There is no other place I would want to get my implant done. Island Periodontics is the most outstanding dental-related office I have ever been to. (Believe me, I have been to a lot.)
Dr. Bennett balances being a genuinely caring person with fantastic bedside manner while also being extremely skilled, professional, and competent. Every staff member that worked with me is phenomenal, from the receptionist, to the assistants, to the front office, all showing the same admirable qualities. They have cultivated an entire environment that radiates warmth, safety, and good energy overall.
I have spent my entire adult life being in and out of the dentist, having had intensive work done at such a young age so usually I am usually either having panic attacks or dissociating from my body when at a dental office.
The energy here put me at such ease that I felt safe and cared for enough that all of my pent emotions on physiological level, decided to be released whether I liked it or not lol. Dr. Bennet and every staff member treated me with kindness, compassion and respect. I never was treated like a burden for having a strong displays of emotions despite my personal embarrassment.
This story might sound ridiculous and over the top but anyone with dental trauma understands.
A dental office has to be exceptional for me to feel inclined to leave a review because any instance where my teeth are being drilled into feels like a waking nightmare.
Despite that, getting my implant done here was a positive experience. and I recommend it to anybody who is on the fence about where to get their implant or other periodontal work. 100000/10 stars.

Could not speak higher of the team here at Island Periodontics. Their front desk is lovely, the dental assistants are lovely & Dr. Bennett is so kind and approachable. They also did an incredible job on my gum graft procedure.

The minute I walked in their office I was greeted and made to feel important and cared for. From the front office staff helping me check in and fill out forms to checking out and making my next appointment. They are so kind and welcoming.
Dr Bennett and his assistant worked together to take good care of me. I have an immune disorder that causes me to be very cold and Dr Bennett is familiar with my condition and gave me the nicest blankets to keep me warm. He helped get difficult xrays due to my limited ability to open my mouth wide. I love how Dr Bennett is so thorough and goes into great detail regarding the treatment needed and referrals I needed as well. He truly takes time to explain everything and he takes the very best care of his patients. I highly recommend him and his caring staff to everyone looking for a great Periodontist.

Dr, Bennett and his staff are very competent, friendly, and caring. They take into account everything that could negatively impact their patients' quality of life and offer solutions and advice whenever needed. My husband and I had a similar experience: Dr. Bennett and his staff work fast, carefully, and painlessly. I warmly recommend them.

I had a consultation/initial appointment today and was very impressed by the professionalism, yet ease of Dr. Bennett. He explained everything in great detail with photos and x-rays and offered a solid treatment plan. My dentist initially referred me to another periodontist, whom I had a very bad experience with, so I am so glad I had them refer me to Dr. Bennett instead. Not only was his exam much more thorough, he made a plan that is far less costly and more fitting to my needs for both the short and long term. I highly recommend Dr. Bennett and his excellent team!

Baker Dental Society.
