Every time I come in for an appointment, I’m always greeted with kindness and made to feel genuinely welcome. I just left after having my four front crowns done, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The doctor who took care of me was wonderful. She made sure I felt comfortable with My Teeth... She listened to my concerns and opinions, and made me feel like my input truly mattered. Gabrielle, who assisted her, was just as caring, attentive, and reassuring... She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.. I really appreciated how much they both cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the final result. A huge thank you to the entire Ivory Team for consistently providing such a welcoming and positive experience. You can truly feel that they care about their patients, and that makes all the difference. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️ Thank you to the entire team for being so professional, caring, and genuine. ❤️

I have no idea how this place has got such good reviews. Mine and my family’s experience has been terrible. The very first time, they made us fill these unnecessarily long sign up forms listing all the illnesses in the world as checkboxes( have not seen any other such dentist forms). They could have sent the links to the form in advance, but made us fill it all there struggling with a toddler in a small space. Again, not apologizing. Later, they rescheduled my appointment at will, made me wait for more than an hour, no apology, and kept saying someone would assist you shortly. I got fed up and left. The attitude of the reception staff is not friendly, and they kept trying to sell unnecessary services. Like instead of a regular hygiene visit, they kept forcing a deep clean. When I ask for a regular cleaning, they kept suggesting the hygienist will not approve( why would he need to approve? ) They seemed to care more about making money than caring for the patients. Will definitely not recommend.

The hygienist was amazing! She did a thorough cleaning and explained everything in detail. The doctor saw me shortly afterward and quickly provided the referral I needed. The entire appointment was smooth and efficient. I felt comfortable, well cared for, and truly listened to throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and cozy office and everyone is friendly and great customer service. There front office ladies are approachable,professionals and reliable Donnie our hygienist is very thorough and gentle. She explains everything to me and let me understand the importance of proper cleaning and flushing.

I have been bringing my family of four to Ivory Dental for the past year and a half, but we will not be returning due to absolute mismanagement and alarming medical record keeping. Six months ago, the dentist told me I was ready to move from a 3-month to a 6-month cleaning schedule. He explicitly instructed the front office staff in front of me to make this change, and I booked my appointment accordingly. However, when I arrived today, the front desk insisted I was supposed to be on the 3-month plan. They looked at me like I was crazy and treating me as if I were lying. When I pushed back, they dismissively told me that the previous doctor is no longer with the practice, there are zero notes in my file regarding the schedule change, and they cannot take any responsibility. This raises a massive red flag: if waiting 6 months instead of 3 caused a serious dental issue, whose fault would that be? A clinic cannot just shrug off liability because a doctor left and failed to leave notes in a patient's chart. To make matters even more frustrating, the new dentist who saw me today examined my teeth and confirmed that I am indeed perfectly fine for a 6-month schedule proving I was right all along. The total failure to maintain accurate patient records, they have completely lost my trust. We will be going elsewhere.
