Dr. Cross’s dental work was excellent, and my gums have healed beautifully. However, my experience with the office’s communication and insurance handling was lackluster. I was told verbally my procedure would be covered by insurance, only to be surprised with a several-thousand-dollar bill on the day of surgery—something the office later acknowledged they knew was not covered. I was also sent home without pain medication and had a difficult recovery before ultimately receiving a prescription I needed. While I truly appreciate Dr. Cross’s skill and results, I wish the office (as a whole) had shown the same care and transparency. If you work with Dr. Cross in the future, I strongly recommend confirming insurance details in writing and discussing post-procedure pain management in advance.

I had oral surgery with Dr Cross where he was able to repair my receding gum along one of my molars. His procedure was absolutely painless. After 36 hrs after the procedure I have had no pain and haven’t used any painkillers than Tylenol. I would recommend him to anyone. Even if someone is anxious about their procedure, he would be the periodontist to use.

I was very happy with my treatment. Doctor Cross and his staff were very kind and informative. They made me feel at ease and explained everything so I could understand all that I needed to have done. They were very thorough. I would recommend this dental practice.

Dr Cross is kind and takes the time to explain everything and answer all of questions or concerns! He made me comfortable and guided me every step of the way through my gum graft! Highly recommend him!

Today, Dr. Cross was checking on a gum biopsy from two weeks ago. We discussed the results and he explained how to continue to care for my oral health and which products to use. As always, I have complete confidence in Dr. Cross’s knowledge and guidance.
