Dr. Joey has always been patient and kind with my kids. He is honest and thorough in explaining treatments, only doing what's necessary.

"Everyone" is always very Professional but with a personal touch. The Front Desk Personnel is always helpful and kind. Karen is absolutely, hands down, the best Dental Hygenist I've ever had. She offers good advice on oral care and genuinely listens to any concerns and questions. Dr Erica is very Professional and knowledgeable and I sincerely trust her recommendations for my Dental Health Care. I am very grateful to have my Dental needs cared for in the de Graffenreid Dental Office!!!!!

For years, I struggled with dental anxiety due to past experiences at other offices. But ever since I started seeing Dr. Joey and Dr. Erica, everything has changed. From the moment I walk in and am greeted by the front desk team, to the moment I check out, I feel genuinely welcomed, listened to, and cared for at the highest level. The entire staff is phenomenal—kind, compassionate, and professional. They go above and beyond to ensure every visit is as comfortable as possible. I’m so grateful to have finally found a dental team I can trust after so many years of searching. Thank you to everyone in the office for making such a difference in my dental care and peace of mind!
