I鈥檝e been going there for at least 10 years and that should speak for itself. I love it there. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to care for me. I have even sent several of my nurse friends to them as well and they loved them too 馃┓

I recently broke a tooth and figured that I needed a crown to restore. I was not in pain but I was able to get in with Dr. Tschetter the next day for an exam to diagnose. Like a thought, I needed a crown. I was seen in two days and Dr. Tschetter and Victoria made my time in the chair painless and very pleasant. I always receive the best care, and I appreciate the entire office's professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!

I went to JCD as a new patient for a routine checkup with Dr. Lauren Hoye, and I had a great experience. From scheduling to the actual visit, everything moved quickly. What really surprised me was that my cleaning and several fillings were all completed within a week. The cleaning was thorough, and the filling work was the best I have ever had. It was precise and very clean. Before starting treatment, they clearly explained the costs and showed the pricing with and without insurance, which I truly appreciated. Everything felt transparent. Check-in was smooth, and I only waited a few minutes before being seen. Everyone I interacted with, not just the doctor but also the hygienist and assistants, was genuinely kind and welcoming. They greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have already recommended JCD to my family, and I will definitely recommend them to my colleagues and friends as well. This is an excellent dental office, and I believe more people should know about it.

Wait time was reasonable. Courteous staff. My procedure wasn't successful, however appropriate referral was made. Post procedural care instructions were clear. My pain was adequately managed.

Family and friendly atmosphere, also polite, professionals who care, and strive to make your visit the best as possible. Truly on of a kind Dentist office I would recommend this office to anyone as I've never had a bad experience with them in all the years I've been coming here.
