I had a wonderful experience with my visit with DDS James A Oshkosh and his staff. Dr Oshetski is very knowledgeable and experienced with his knowledge of the latest equipment and procedures.He is my first choice when it comes to dental work.I found Dr Oshetski online and comes exactly as advertised.I would recommend him and his team of experienced staff to anyone

Subject: Request for Continued Care Dear Dr. Oshetski, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the care I have received during my time as your patient. Your expertise and support have truly made a difference in my dental journey, and I hold you in the highest regard. Due to some significant changes in my life, I regretfully missed my annual check-up appointments. Recently, I visited your office to schedule a new appointment, and while I was awaiting the manager's assistance, I was handed a refund check with the news that the office is undergoing a system change. I then learned from the manager that I can no longer continue my care with you because I hadn’t been in for over a year. I completely understand the need for policies and procedures, but I hoped that the circumstances of my situation might be met with some empathy. It has been disappointing to think that my circumstances could jeopardize my relationship with you as my dental provider. My appointment today was amazing! We’ve worked together for a while, but I was getting a little frustrated! I needed more info! From the front desk, to my cleaning chair, I talked to just about everyone! The Dr. stepped in & others, to make sure I was comfortable, that I knew everything I needed to & let me ask a lot of questions! It’s been a long time since I was seen by a practice that would do that! By the way, an amazing cleaning, with almost no discomfort! I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you!
