As always Dr James Minutello was exceedingly professional in giving me options regarding my tooth issue. He takes the time to go over these options, is courteous, cordial, and excellent in his field. A special “shout out” to his assistant Brenda,. She explained everything to me in a professional manner was friendly, understanding. and is a great asset to the office.

Dr. Minutello and his staff provided excellent, professional service. He completed a thorough oral and dental exam, explaining everything in realtime. He answered questions and provided options. He did not jump from patient to patient. I was his only focus during my visit. His assistant was very kind and gentle, explaining everything and assuring my comfort. Extremely satisfied with the care and treatment I received.

From the minute you set your appointment you are a valued customer. The care I received from the start was impeccable. Dr Bato worked with me on my case so that I fully understood what was going to happen and what the expectation would look like. She worked with me so it would fit my schedule as well. Her care to my comfort was never lacking. She followed up with a phone call that evening and even sent me a note to thank me and to assure me that she was here for me. I cannot write enough to express the gratitude, professionalism and the expertise she has in her craft, along with her entire staff. Thank you Dr. Bato for a successful journey.

Dr James Minutello’s office and Staff are simply superb. Dr Minutello is a knowledgeable and caring periodontist. If you are looking for a doctor you can completely TRUST one you know will “take care” and one who wants the best for you… there is no other choice IMHO. After 30 years of military service when I encounter new people I listen to them observe their demeanour and form an observation based on the “fruits” they present. I have found that Dr Minutello and his staff present Care driven Knowledge/ Kindness / Understanding/ Compassion / keen attention to detail/ honesty and integrity you can trust… in short you walk away knowing this doctor and his staff ARE interested in Me and my health and I’m not just an insurance number Thank you sir for your genuine CARE

Very impressed by how professional and thorough Dr. Minutello and his staff were. They explained everything they were doing during my comprehensive exam. Dr. took time to answer my questions even with being the last patient before a holiday break. I could tell that they took medical cleanliness seriously as well. Highly recommend!
